100% OP (even the 1 cup of pasta, which is allowed on Body for Life)
Weight lifting/exercises on legs, triceps and 30 min on the exercise bike doing intervals. 
Water/cranwater was 100%
Journaled in my book and on Fitday
Took a nice long lavender soak
visit 3fc's
Exercised - 60 minutes at the Y in the a.m.
Ate on program, Until dinner, I ate at a japanese place and had rice and plum wine along with my low carb food. But that is ok, it was planned.
drank my water
started my journal! Yeah ha!
No housecleaning
