Yesterday I ate OP and drank lots of....fluids (not water, but it was decaf coffee, diet coke plus some water). I didn't exercise because I was dead tired by the time I made it home from work last night. I need to get on a morning schedule. I did take time for myself, which is amazing that I have done it every day since BC started. I am also resisting the scale until my planned weighday!
Improvement needed today:
More plain water.
Exercise, other than running around at work.
Sil, I should start FitDay also. I loved Diet Watch when I had it.
