    Marathon cleaning session at home, cranked up MTV's top videos and sang and danced while I worked. What a site!

    Water: Had some, lost count, not sure if it was "enough"

    Results: Lost .5 lbs.

    For yesterday:
    Did not exercise due to a migraine. Did light housekeeping instead.

    Stayed OP all day and then went out for dinner (Olive Garden) for my weekly Free Meal and snack. No wine (due to migraine).

    100% water/cranwater intake

    Daily accountability at 3FC's.

    Today will begin journaling/Fitday daily.

  • Yesterday I ate OP and drank lots of....fluids (not water, but it was decaf coffee, diet coke plus some water). I didn't exercise because I was dead tired by the time I made it home from work last night. I need to get on a morning schedule. I did take time for myself, which is amazing that I have done it every day since BC started. I am also resisting the scale until my planned weighday!

    Improvement needed today:

    More plain water.
    Exercise, other than running around at work.


    Sil, I should start FitDay also. I loved Diet Watch when I had it.
  • Ok so yesterday wasn't a stellar day for OP--ate McD's! I'm chalking it up to stress and my period came today so my eating might have been a precursor to that. I did have an OP brekkie with ham and egg omelet and coffee with stevia and milk (gran didn't have any heavy cream but I went and bought some) Lunch is going to be mushroom caps stuffed with ham salad. Have had 2 LARGE glasses of water this morning and more on the way.

    I'm not weighing in till TOM is over--thank goodness my hormones seem to be on track--we'll find out on cd 3 when I have my LH/FSH and estradial tested.

  • Did fantastic til i was asked to work over time. so i did and ended up not having any thing for dinner so i ended up getting home at 7 so i ordered pizza i had 2 slices of a med pizza. (I ate 3 hard eggs sald just before i got it) las t time i ate 4 slices or more so i guess i did not do bad.
