Default September Challenge~9/4

I did great yesterday. My food plan changed but I stayed OP.

Food~
Exercise~ I mowed the front and back yards .
Water~ I could have had alittle more to drink.
Relaxation~ lavander bubble bath

Now that the weather is about ready to cool down, I'll clean out and set up the hot tub. That will be a wonderful relaxer at the end of the day. For the lady who mentioned using the tanner as a relaxer (I'll have to go back and see who that was~sorry) I'm the same way. I need sunshine and the tanners are a great way to relax and feel the warmth , and the lights help my mood.(especially during the Winter! ) I bought a years membership last May, so I need to do that also. Thanks for the reminder

I'm not sure exactly what I'll eat today but it will include: eggs, string cheese, cottage cheese/jello mix, salad, veggies and probably left-over shrimp and chicken.
I already had my splurge for the day: a low carb biscotti with my coffee

Exercise for today will be to ride my exercise bike for 30 Min, plant some flowers, and put another coat of paint on my room (last night I saw some spots that need more coverage .

Come on everybody~~We can do it
~~~Sil
I did really well with eating op, and drinking water. I think I set a new world record for the "do something nice for yourself catagory" but my exercise was a little skimpy. I did some stretching at my desk at work, and used my wrist weights for some weight training, but other than that my only exercise was a marathon grocery shopping trip. 1 of my "nice" things was buying myself a pair of rollerskates, so tonite I'm hitting the pavement. Probably literally. Anyone know first aid?
Yesterday wasn't so hot for me!
Food, I did ok except for that tortilla.
Exercise I didn't do...had a very active day at work, however, and I had only slept a couple of hours the night(mare) before, so just nothing left in me last night.
Water needs to improve!
Today will be better on at least 2 counts! Slept late today, I really needed it bad. I work until 8:30 tonite so not sure if it is possible or not to get in exercise today. Food and water are going to be great though!
I really blew it big time yesterday but I am back on track today. Trying to gear up for some exercise. Gosh I'm a lazy slug.
I did buy some bulbs today so I should be out in the garden planting them but can't find any empty spots. Summer flowers still going strong out there.
Today was better than yesterday!
Food- Did well all day!
Exercise- Nothing formal, but I did run around in heels at work all day!
Water- Still working on it! Almost did 48 ounces. If you count the decaf coffee and the 1st diet coke I have had in months, I am sitting at about 90.
Need to treadmill tomorrow for sure!
Ok ... it was NOT a good food day ...... whatever "good eating" I had scheduled kind of fell by the wayside to the clock, running late, etc....... BUT, since I am being accountable here, here goes:
b: breakfast bar
l: atkins shake (I know, NOT supposed to have both in 1 day!)
s: turkey
sn: jello
when I FINALLY got home from work I was so hungry that I literally chopped a hunk of turkey off the bird in the fridge and ate it standing up!!!!! I MUST do better on Thursday.
water: enough
excercise: running to get patients all afternoon - does this count???
