Aleka~~Someone on the low-carb board is looking for Suzzane Summer's recipe for pancakes. They saw it on HSN but didn't want to buy the whole package because they already had the tapes, etc. I think that the recipe had cream cheese in it but not sure. They said it had NO flour but puffed up like a pancake. If you could find the recipe in your book, would you post the recipe for us, as it sounds wonderful. Thanks
