Does anyone remember me? I haven't been here in a while.
Hi Chicks, I started Atkins last Sun. I have been reading the posts and they have been a big help to me. Linda has been giving me so much encourgement and I stayed on LC all week. I don't know if I lost any weight, but I do feel better and I am not hungry. I hope this time something has clicked up there and I will stay on this program and lose the weight and keep it off.
You're so funny. Of course, I remember you. LOL I hope you stick around a little longer this time, Ro. You have been doing so terrific. I'm amazed that you could resist all those goodies and stick to your program. Keep it up. Make sure you join in our daily thread so the rest of the Chicks here can get to know you too.
Ya nut! Of course we remember you! Somne of us have even met you in real life! Sounds like Atkins has clicked for you. I am planning to go back on induction as of today - it really does give you that extra energy.

Thank you my friends. I was in PA yesterday visiting my brother and SIL and stayed on program. She is such a good cook. She made macoroni for my husband, (to him its not Sun. without his pasta) a leg of lamb, chicken and veggies. I only ate the meat and a big salad and had some cheese. Also picked on sausage for a appy. They had apple pie with ice cream and I just watched them eat it. I was proud of myself. I think I am in the groove now. I don't feel hungry on this low carb way of eating. I just finished my first week, don't know if I lost weight, cause I am not going to be obsessive about it. I am trying not to think about it either. I am very enthusiastic as you can tell by this post.

How are you doing? It was fun meeting you when Nora and Ruth were here in NJ. We have to plan another meet with the Chicks in our area.
