I am posting this just to see how bad it
really was! It was a carb day from beginning to end. My only hope is that the calories were low enough to keep me from gaining, and I can get back on track quickly. I joked to someone that it was "carb loading." She said, really? Are you running a marathon?
Hardly, I am just running to the refrigerator!
b- at home, 1/2 banana(DH leftover from his shake)
at work, shredded wheat(hospital package) with milk
l-buffet party- salad, ham, pasta salad, rice, sweet potatoes, a couple of cookies
d- chicken breast sliced over romaine with ranch dressing. Cantelope chunks.
Well, not terrible, and no snacking in between, that is an accomplishment for me. Dinner was light and saved me. Tomorrow is another day.
