Good Morning All !

so........ I've been cutting way back on the carbs for a few weeks now and something has been really bothering me.

Every time I pass by the cupboards and pantry - I started feeling bad - not because I wanted to eat any of the crackers, chips or cereal - but because I kept thinking of the waste. I've always hated to waste food and I'm one of those people who stocks up when there's a sale.

In the shower this morning - it came to me! - I would bag up all the unopened packages and cans and donate this food to the local food pantry. Hello! Why didn't I think of this earlier!!! ?? LOL


So here I sit - 4 full shopping bags of all sorts of stuff.

I feel better already

Yes, it's true, I have been known to remove the offending items from my pantry too. However, since dh and dd aren't doing low carb, they usually get to it before I have a chance to give it away!
