HOLY COW the month is amost over and I am no where near my goal!!! OH well i have had several things disrail me this month so...
coffee is on hot and have cream and sweetenter. (water for you tea drinkers too)
not much on my end. DH is still a jerk. amazing how you can go through life with out talking to some one that you live with. Work is fun I am expecting a very harried day 2 admissions comming in. and i told the gal to make sure that i do the treatments, i will not have a treatment nurse for long as well as one of the admissions. so off to the gym for me!!

Also which one of you Texas friends send me a gift??? I just want to say thankyou so very much. I can not remember who i asked for it from and you did not leave me an addy for me to send you a thank you note so thanks. I have a friend that is going for knee surgery in 6 weeks and she desperatly want to lose some weight to make it easier so i gave the tapes to her. I will get them back when she is having her surgery to try them out for my self. so she thanks you from the bottom of her heart too!!! (she is my boss no less!!!) (score of brownie points!!!) Somewhat of a busy day today. My life seems to revolve around the high school band Must admit, I do love it.
The band is playing at a new Ford dealership today for their grand opening. The dealership is giving a donation to the Band Boosters. I'm one of the chaperones. It is so hot, and we get to ride on the big yellow buses, lucky us. The kids will be sweaty and smelly on the way back. YUCK!!
Had to go shopping yesterday. We all decided (the other chaperones) to wear the school colors to this dealership. The schools colors are black and white. I was going to wear my black capris and a white shirt, while the capris are a little too big, I put on the shirt and it was way to big, so had to go buy a new one

Today is birthday, we woke her up singing happy birthday and video taped it.........it was soooooooo cute, her little eyes were just about opened and she had the hugest smile on her face. God is Good !!!!!!

It's raining and I was supposed to go out with Miree and Grandma and my little cousin Tommy, but looks like they won't be coming. A total video day if I ever saw it.
3 hours isn't to bad, we could meet 1/2 way. Jiff, Peach ?? yah think in the near future ???? Ruthie I'm sure there's got to be a Chinese Buffet there Hey you Long Island chickies too ?? We can load up my van and take a nice ride.
Don't anybody fall over dead, but I made it here before midnight! I am alternating smoothie and coffee right now and hoping to get the motivation to go to Wal-Mart and spend the last of my paycheck before I go to work. Today I have to stay on plan perfectly because I have 'festivities' planned tomorrow and Sunday and I will not be eating on plan for dinner on either of those days!

At work, my friends Jennifer and Allison and I play tricks on each other when ever one of us walks off and leaves our e-mail open. We send each other torrid love letters from the others account, and then we go back and reply to them..so the person has no idea what is going on until they get the reply. hehe. Ok, that had nothing to do with gossip, so I don't know why that came to mind!

Speaking of clothes, where can I get some bootleg slacks? I don't see any at Lane Bryant this year. I'd like some khaki and charcoal grey to replace my old ones. Maybe I can't find them because I am so 'yesterday'. Ha!

I can't seem to get going this morning - maybe it's the weather. I am going to go out and putter around in the garden and do some dog training with Miss Lucy. Maybe that will get me out of my funk! Part of it may be having a day with nothing scheduled except the Fair Board Meeting tonight when I lay it on the line about money! I guess I'll make us some salsa this afternoon. The tomatoes are starting to ripen fast out there.

I agree about the weather Ruth, except it's coming down in buckets here! Rented a bunch of Scooby Doo movies for her and maybe she won't mind that Gramma isn't coming today.
I'm in a bad mood too--haven't been able to shake it and it's been here for a couple of days--I suspect it's the whole friend issue that's started this. I know I should be able to shake it off, but you know, how something just burns your butt and you can't let it go?
Anyways I am grateful that you are my friends and that's what counts!
BTW, I have gone back down to 202 after my new meds have kicked in and the carb bingeing extravaganza has stopped. Feeling MUCH more human now! See, now I feel better already!
