Walked for an hour this morning with teh grown-up dog. Guess we covered just under 3 miles.
Hey Jennifer - quit flogging yourself. Put some scented candles in that basement for the musty smell (or bowls of vinegar), maybe paint the walls or hang them with sheeting and JUST DO IT!

OH GIRL You do not want me to start on the benifits of exercise you would have a site full of good things!!! But get a dehumidifyer, small tv walkman, candles, anything but go for it!!!

Default No treadmill, but...

I did play barefoot football in my backyard with Cody and Rob. Oh dear, I think it has been a very long time since I have been this badly out of shape! It was VERY hot and we live on 'the tree streets' and we don't have any trees! No shade to hide in, just lots of sweating and running. It was fun, but it was embarrassing to huff and puff the way I did. Rob smiled and blew kisses at me, and Cody never seems to notice when I don't keep up. He just thinks it is because I am so old!

I haven't walked for weeks and now that the tendonitis is healing the rest of my body is out of whack! I will happily walk on the treadmill in the morning. Just no more football!

Cut the dog garden yesterday - took an hour and it was hot as heck! Did another hour of gardening and am a bit sore this morning.

a hot and busy day coming up so I will probably do my walking tape this afternoon.

I finally walked. Just now got off the treadmill. I did 2 miles in 40 minutes. Whew, off to the shower.

Hi, I made my goal--I said I would exercise at least 4 times and I exercised every day -- Mon-Friday for a total of 5! Added to the 5 the week before it was 10 days in a row. Took Saturday off because we were gone a lot. Back at it today!Shall we do another of these exercise threads this week????

I don't know about anybody else, but this thread helped me. I almost didn't get on the treadmill tonite, I've been procrastinating it since I woke up this morning, but I knew I needed to do it and post it here. I may have gotten on the treadmill anyway, but being accountable sure did help!

Great Jennifer!!! way to go.

I will admit that i did not exercise today I slep in for the first time in months. then had tons of things to do so it was put off. but i did give 5 extreemly hard days this week

i will promise for 5 next week but will try for 6
