Thanks fopr the reply.... I did read your other posting and I have replied to it.
I looked quickly at the site and there are some brilliant things to cook and all straightforward too. I have found the most help on this diet from this board BUT as most of the replies are American, it means that I don't understand some of the foodstuffs eaten or suggested and I can't get hold of them anyway.
I am bashing on regardless, you may or may not know that I wanted to lose a maximum amount of weight for my holiday which is 2 weeks away and I am doing that. That's not to say that I will return to the WOE afterwards as I need to lose about 2stone in all.
I have been on the scales this am, one week after starting and it looks like somewhere in the region of 5lb (the scales seem a long way away although I'm only 5' 2" LOL) which is great, so I will carry on.
Can I ask you about these protein shakes. There may be some on the site you suggested, I haven't got that far yet, but do you have them. How do you do it and how much carb do they give you. The girls I work with are all trying this diet and as they don't have access to the Inet they asked me to find out. They may be a nice change for Breakfas.
