I know, I am a dirty old woman but could just not resist! That was special for Liz who has her operation this morning. It'll give her something to think about as she waits.
Aside from the above, today is Finish The Fence Day and Lucy Evaluation Day! I hope I can handle all the stress! I hope to work in a walk with Hershey before all this stuff gets underway but do need to comb out Miss Lucy too. Methinks DH is going to be getting up really soon to lend a hand.
I'm heading outside to do a bit of yard clean up (it's such a nice day) and I'm hoping to see Heather today.. my widdle grandbaby is one year old today!!! have a great day, everyone!!

Nothing much new here, sosdd hooo hum. Boss is back so I can't play as much as I'd like but thats okay she keeps me on my toes..........HECK somebody has to.

Just have time for a quick note while MIL is getting her hair done (It's news to me that you can still get your hair set on rollers at the beauty shop. Will the wonders never cease!)

Speaking of which, I'm leaving tomorrow for the annual girl trip -- CAN'T WAIT! Hope the weather holds. I would love it if we (as in low carb board chicks) could all get together and do something -- meet somewhere, somehow -- big, old weathered beach house w/a porch for fanning and gabbing -- drinks at 6 and shrimp on the barbie...no kids, no dh's... It might be amazing what things might hatch from such an event!
Well, anyway -- back to reality!
Guys are coming home from hunting today -- that's always a mixed blessing! Looking forward to seeing my dh just long enough for a peck, a pop, and a how do ya do...we'll try to keep our greetings INDOORS!
If anyone does any ****ing outside, watch out for poison ivy! It would be heck to get it "there". One cannot scratch discreetly.
I can't remember when I did it last outside...I must borrow my DD's tramboline. At my age, I need all the bounce I can get!
Today, I must do some cleaning and motivate myself to get more done. Gosh, when I don't take my BP meds, I feel so much more ALIVE and not drugged! Both my DD and I are drug sensitive, which means we get stoned very easily. I hate feeling zoned out. You should see DD or I on prednizone(sp?) We're three feet off the ground.

I will be finishing up all this stuff today ... *s* ... Have TOO!! No answering the phone or anything ... and going to try out some of these ideas that everyone gave me .... going to try to drink carrot parsley juice for breakfast instead of cantalope juice (which i absolutely adore!!)
I want to lose at least 5-10 pounds by the end of May *s* DB/F will be here then and wants to go to the beach .... I don't want to put on a bathing suit with my hips looking like they do!!! Sooooo... I am going to try and behave myself ..
Peach - I hope your MIL is ok ... I will keep her in my prayers .. *s*

Ya, it's me, the long lost Pooky My ISP had a major technical goof up and with much yelling from my dh they decided they had better fix the problem. Turns out that some work they did last week was faulty and hence no internet for me!
But here I am, back and bad and now I have to catch up!!! Now this is where I left off in the pictures of Miree--here's the next one:

Jiff, way to go on the 200 pound loss, I hope you do something really fantastic to celebrate! I'm thinking a total spa day, everything they have--hair, nails, face, massage, tan, hot tub, the works! And a damn good outfit to boot!
Tippy, glad to see you're feeling better these days but I'm telling you, there are some days I wish I was feeling 3 feet off the ground!

Jenny, thanks for the info about the treat bags, I started making them up. I also decided to let the kids decorate their own cupcakes just for a little bit more fun!

I would love to stay and visit, but I am in the midst of cell phone woes STILL!!! I have to get on the phone and do some investigating -- I think most of the companies are promoting false advertising and I don't agree with it!
peachie, I hope the MIL has a peaceful passing. I love my MIL too, I would be heartbroken if anything happened to her. My prayers are with you and the hubby..
Jenny, how is your pup doing? It's so hard when they get older and you know the time is near. We went through that in 99 with our gentle giant Duchess.
Jiff I still think a road trip to Atlanta is in order. All the chicks could come, we could paint the town red.
