everyone's day sounded so nice and busy, and full of good family plans until mamaj's last post. my sympathies and prayers to you and your friends.
pooky, a hairy upper lip is why we have waxing at beauty shops, or apparently nair now makes a hair remover just for faces. some people find it helpful.
have to call peachie soon. i got her little guy some silly putty for his easter basket, and i hope he can have it.
was out with mom this morning ,<sigh> more t shirts. dropped off her secret pal gift at the church. this elderly lady drew a 15 year old girl and is responsible for getting her an occasional little gift or card or something. a nice touch, but a little hard for mom to focus on.
yesterday's interview with a headhunter was a waste of time, but maybe something good will come out of it.
and then it won't have been a waste of time, will it????!!!! a cheery thought!!
after spending all day yesterday throwing up [it was due to some raw onions and i couldn't even keep water down so i got dehydrated], i'm grateful for keeping anything in my tiny stomach today. and it's been nice. sorry to be so graphic and gross, but i do want you all to know the truth about living with this surgery.
looking forward to a nice easter dinner with mom and peachie at a nice restaurant. but it's really not the same without little kids, and a huge spread on the table. but that's just not possible these days. no one's around to eat it!!!!
hope all of you are having a wonderful passover and easter. it's a wonderful, reflective, meaningful time of year. easter arises from passover, and it's a crucial link between our two faiths.
oh dear. i'm waxing theological [and it doesn't even involve facial hair!!!]. i'd better quit while i'm ahead...
by the way, peachie may be in a pms snit, but she looks great with her weight loss.
