Yeah, I'm back!
I've committed to the following (got it printed out & hung on the frig):
* I will POST every day (even if it's just to say "Hi").
* I will NOT eat food that tastes less than awesome (except for the high-protein/low-carb shakes I got for when I'm on the run).
* I will DRINK WATER every day (min. 8 12-oz. glasses).
* I will EXERCISE every day (even if it's just 10 min. of callistenics (sp?)).
* I will WRITE IN MY JOURNAL all my feelings for the day (and keep it hidden from prying eyes).
* I will REAFFIRM to myself every day that I AM WORTH THE EFFORT!
Can you think of anything to add/change? I'll be editing this list as I go (i.e., more water, more exercise, maybe making time for my inner goddess (she likes her nails painted at least once a week

)).
