I have really no concept of carbs, and how many one who is doing a low carb diet aims to consume in a day. Could someone enlighten me on how you count carbs and approximately how many you try to limit yourself to in a day???
I just pulled up "Pont me in the rite direction". Aside from reading the thread, you should borrow some of the books to get an idea of which plan would be liveable for you.
