Woke up with the wee one this morning so my long suffering dh could get a few zzzz's in. Not much on the agenda today, just odds and ends and some tidying up. Tomorrow is back to the grindstone with a fully restored Miree and am I/she ever ready to go back to daycare!

Had just a few inches of snow last night, and it's clear and sunny this morning. I'll bet most of it melts off, but for now it sure is pretty. Had coffee and some cottage cheese, and thinking about some shopping this afternoon. Been playing computer games this morning, and continuing to read Harry Potter(book 2). It's fun, and the SN (sweet neice) loves having an adult to talk to about it. She has a computer game of Harry Potter too, and I am trying to learn, but I am not too swift!
If I get to the store, I'll get a steak for dinner, with a baked potato for DH and some garlic green beans. Going to put the wash in the dryer, and straighten up around here. Will stop back later... dottie
Yup got about 6" of the white stuff here too..........uhhhhhhhhh.
But the sky is as blue as ever today and really pretty outside with the trees drooping from the snow.......beautiful.
Baby's still sleeping, off for some cleaning and then to Moms......
I go back to work full time on Wednesday.....it will be a very sad day around my house.
Good morning and Happy Sunday! Went to church last night with the little ones so today will be a quiet day of homework, family time and getting ready for the week...I worked nights last night and hubby working days today, so will nap this a. m while kids play or watch a movie, should be ok, if I get a couple hours in....have decided I will wallk 20-30 minutes everyday with family...goal of the day...some guy talking on the radio said if we do that we will increase our health both mental and physical entirely...gonna try it....I'll keep you posted, have never gotten into the exercise thing, maybe I am ready to start...have a good day and I will check in later...Liz in mild Canada...minus 5 C....love it!

Liz, I read the same or a similar article. As soon as these wobbly legs are all gone., I'll be out there walking. Hope your afternoon nap works out for you. I have learned to shut off the phone ringers when I do my nap as it invariably rings.
Am going to go into my sewingroom after lunch and finish that darn square for the quilt. I need to either mail it or drive it to Ottawa tomorrow. I am going to use Fabric Glue to attach the black leather patches and the zucchini. Hope my old Home Economics teacher is not reading this!

My bathroom is coming along nicely. The tile is down and they are grouting it now. Big improvement. IT is sunny and cold here today, I have got to get my kids out from in front of the television! I think DD is feeling low today she is uninterested in anything.... even lunch.
It was a sad night here last night when Oakland lost in the blizzard. DH and Bro in law are still moping around. I have not had teh heart to even call my brother who lives in San Fran he is a big Oakland fan!!!

Can I send my son over to your house he has not stoped eating!!! for breakfast he ate 4 apples, then had 3 bowls of oat meal, using 2 packages each, then 2 PB&J sandwiches and now is hounding me for his dinner which will be 2-3 chicken legs. and he is only 7! and NOT heavy. He said he wished he cvoulg go out and play but he was too hungry to go outside!!! LOL!!! Poor kid!
