We don't have a new thread yet. So, today I exercised again. Actually, yesterday I didn't walk per se, but I did shove furniture around and that got me huffing and puffing and sweating, so that's just as good, right? Today's walk was around 30 minutes, at least 1 or even 1.5 miles around the cemetery with a co-worker. There's motivation to keep up the pace, cause we want out of there before dark
