I haven't posted here for a while because I've just been swamped with my office duties, trying to get year end stuff ready for our accountant. One of the joys

of a home-based business...NOT.
I also now belong to three WW on-line support groups and it's hard keeping up with all their posts. But, I never want to neglect my pals here in low carb because you're all so terrific. Nice to see some new faces here too.
Ruth and AddoAnnie, I hope you feel better soon. No fun being under the weather.
I gained about 4 lb over the holidays and have now lost about half of it. I don't think a 4 lb gain was too bad considering what I was stuffing down my gullet.

I finally got rid of all the goodies in the house and I'm trying to plan my meals a little better. I definitely lose better and feel better when I keep the carbs lower than the standard WW menus. They have become more flexible in this regard and have sample menus for high and low carb days. Of course their low carb days are still much higher than you'd have on Atkins, PP or even CALP, I think. Whatever works and makes me feel good though, right?
