I've tried Atkins, CAD, and Suzanne Summers. What I've ended up with is a merging of the three. I did that this past summer and lost 19 pounds in 6 weeks. Unfortunately, I went off my new eating plan for 3 months and gained back 15 pounds!

Guess it could have been worse.
I've never been a big fruit fan. Unless, you count strawberries dipped in chocolate!

But what about "sneaking" in some fruit. If you watch the portion size (and therefore the carbs), you could add some fruit to your salads. You'd need to check a carb counter and find the lowest-carb fruits available. Here is some info from my reference book that you might be able to use:
1/2 Medium Peeled Apple - 9 C
1 Small (12/Lb) Apricot - 4 C
1 2.5 Oz Slice Cantaloupe (no skin) - 6 C
1 Medium Star Fruit (Carambola) - 4 C
8 Sour Cherries (2 Oz) - 6 C
1 Small Mandarin Orange (3 Oz.) - 6 C
3 Oz. Mango Flesh (no skin) - 6 C
2 Oz. Rhubarb, Raw - 3 C
6 Medium or 3 Large Strawberries (2 Oz.) - 3 C
5 Oz. Ugli Fruit (Tangelo type) - 2 C
