each day has been getting easier. When I am off program, I don't even care about trying, I don't even bother trying. But after a few days under my belt, I start to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel (no, it's not John Edwards, it's Robert Atkins standing there!) LOL
So,here we go,
Sunday Menu:
breakfast- omelet with swiss cheese
lunch- mixed baby lettuce salad with chicken breast and ranch dressing
snack-(taking the 7 year old to the movies) peanuts and diet coke
dinner- either the leftover lamb, or maybe pork chops with a veggie and 1/2 small baked potato
Sugar Free decaf Vanilla International coffee has 5 grams of carb, if you use a little cream or 1/2& 1/2, it tastes really rich. Measure carefully, it's easy to double the amount and end up going overboard. Probably not good for Induction, or CALP except during reward meal.
