Ok, many of you know I have planned all week for my diet to begin tomorrow, Monday October 29. Here is my starting weight: 181, which means I want to lose about 30 pounds. I will try to remember to post my weight each Sunday so you can all see how I am doing. (I am hoping this will give me the strength to not cheat because I want you all to see numbers going down!) Just remember, you CAN do this!! And if you go off program, don't make it be a day long thing, but get right back up there on the wagon! We're behind you!
