Default Help Me Please!!

Help, Help, Help me please!!!

I bought myself a chocolate, for the first time in 9 weeks, I hide it now in my handbag but are very tempted to eat it. I am afraid that if I eat it I will not be able to stop. If I taste sweet, smooth chocolate in my mouth I will not stop after this one. What should I do?

STEP AWAY FROM THE CHOCOLATE!!

Take it from someone who has been there, done that. It's just not worth it. You're doing so well, don't blow it now.

You can do this.

OMG.....I would have eaten it before I got it in my purse LOL.

Your doing great, don't let that one little chocolate bar ruin what you have work sooooo hard for....give it to your hubby or a neighbor's kid.

When the kids come around selling Chocolate I always buy the chocolate and turn around and give the candy to the kids who are selling it...this way it doesn't even make it back in the house with me. Chocolate, cake and sweets are my down fall.

Ok, give the chocolate away. Put it on someone's desk or in their drawer at work and walk away. Then go drink lots of water and get yourself some cheese. Eat that instead. If the craving is still there, take a time out and go for a walk get your head clear and dispose of the chocolate. Quickly or it will be on your mind all day!

Talking Ma'am, someone called the Chocolate Police. . . .

We will have to confiscate that before you do damage or injury to yourself!! (You can send it to my address. . . . ) Hensa, don't feel alone, I fight the snack machine AND the soda machine every time I step outside my office. It's HORRIBLE!!!!! The thing I do, I take the money I would have put in those darn machines and put it in a jar instead. Then, at the end of the week, I look at how much money I have saved, as well as how much weight I haven't regained, and I rejoice!! You can beat this craving, or go home and make some sugar free jello for a sweet treat!!

Just open your purse and throw it out into the trash can. Once you see your money going into the trash when you buy yourself trash, you won't do that again.

It is good you held out long enough to get replys to your shouts for help.

Sherrie,

I like your idea about saving the money you would have spent on candy, etc. M&M's have been calling my name all day, so I'm going to try it. But I hope not to have too much money in my no-no fund by the end of the week because I hope the cravings won't be too bad!
