It seems I am first up today! LOL LOL
B 2 eggs, with coffee and cream
L tuna salad
D dont know yet, probably mince with a salad
Snacks I am going to try to leave the peanuts for this week and drink allot more water.

sn ~ slice of cheese
(it help beat the evening hungries when I have an afterwork snack)
d ~ grilled pork steaks and green beans
coffee and cream

brunch--pork roast and mushroom
a couple tomato slices
supper--pork taco, minus shell, w/lots of veggies and a dash of
cheese, homemade apple sauce w/ a blueberry muffin
lots of water w/added willpower.
