It seems I am first up today! LOL LOL
B 2 eggs, with coffee and cream L tuna salad D dont know yet, probably mince with a salad Snacks I am going to try to leave the peanuts for this week and drink allot more water. |

l ~ salad with chicken sn ~ slice of cheese (it help beat the evening hungries when I have an afterwork snack) d ~ grilled pork steaks and green beans coffee and cream lots of water jenny :smug: |
