Default New Dress (pic) help with shoes?

I just purchased this dress for a wedding that I have this weekend. But I'm not sure what shoes to wear with them.

I thought about getting some black satin ones with ruffles, but do you think that would be too busy with the shoulder ruffles? Should I do a bright color? Black? multicolor?

Post any ideas you might have! I am terrible when it comes to picking out shoes. I don't want to spend more than $150 if possible.

Thanks!

Something silver would look cute. Is the dress completely black? some great patent red pumps would be fierce. What kinda setting is the wedding? (you look great btw)

I think a black satin pump ( no ruffles) would look great or silver sandals , be sure your jewelry is siver, too if you go for the silver sandals.

Thanks girls! Silver is a great idea! Is open toed still acceptable in November in Chicago?

Oddree - Thanks! The dress is completely black. The wedding will be pretty formal (not black tie though) at a hotel downtown. I was thinking red or hot pink too.

I'd avoid any ruffle and keep them classic. Your dress is awesome! Have a great time!

I was going to say either a bright color or nude pumps. both are hot this season, but love the slingbacks!

LOOOOOOVE that dress. Where did you get it? I need a new LBD.

Thanks Zeffryn, I got it at Macy's, they have a TON of great choices this season. I was torn between 3 dresses, but fell in love with the shoulder detail on this one.

PS: I don't work for Macy's, this thread looks like an advertisement for the store! My mom got me a gift card for the store for my birthday which is why I've been shopping there a lot.
