I've been getting lots of compliments in like the past week that I have lost some weight

......even though the scale only adds up to 12 lost I've been walking 1-2 hrs each day so the inches must be coming off

.....since gaining weight from school the only thing I used to wear were big t-shirts and jeans or capris (whatever covered up my arms, thighs, and mid area)....no halters, tanks, skirts, shorts, dresses, etc.....knowing how commited i've been to eating right and exercising daily has really made me feel like a new person....I went to the store and brought 3 summer dresses and dug up the ones I had from the back of my closet and for the past week they are all that I have been wearing

....I'm hoping I will continue to be as motivated as I am now to continue on with my weight loss because it definitely FEELS GREAT!!!!
