Thanks everyone! My lashes are getting fairer all the time. I was surprised when I put some mascara on, for a change, that they still are long ... just grey

Guess I'll have to go shopping.

I just use Miss Sporty waterproof mascara in black nowadays. I have experimented a bit with other brands like Rimmel and that, but find they always smudged, flaked or the wand was too big for my eyes.
Miss Sporty is only £2.99, hardly smudges, and if it's going to be a long day I put a lil bit of the clear one over my lashes, and they won't smudge at all!
All the mascaras promising thick, curvy or long lashes will never work on mine, they're short and kinda point downwards, and no mascara ad will change that .

Clarins in that red bottle

And Body Shop (I know! Surprised me too!) in the grey bottle

Anyway, for me, one who has long eyelashes but very straight, the wand and an eyelash curler makes a world of difference.

I love Diorshow Mascara by Christian Dior. I've never had a problem with it clumping and it defines my eyes very nicely.

I do have a hard time justifying spending $24.00 on mascara though so I watch eBay closely and usually end up spending about $12.00 on it.

Ohh I have a lot of experience with mascara. I have tried just about every brand including all the top shelf brands-Dior, etc.), but I believe by far Maybelline's Great Lash in the pink tube with the green handle is the best. I buy the regular original version in carbon black. If I apply several layers (letting it fully dry in between) I can manipulate my eyelashes to look really glamorous-even doll like. I know many runway makeup artists who sware by it.

Benefit Cosmetics - BAD GAL LASH
This mascara is phenomenal!! It gives you thick long full lashes, it stays pliable enough where you can go for a second coat hours later if need be. We have a Benefit counter in my local Macy's or it can be purchased at Sephora. It totally rocks!

Oh thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!! A couple of years ago I had looked on Ebay to try and find my Bad Gal Lash at a reduced rate, but it wasn't on there at all! I just looked again after reading your post and all I can say is thank you! It's painful dropping a $20 for mascara!

To you other ladies who love Bad Gal Lash, get it while you can! There are 5 available, but I'm buying one for sure! $6.99 + $1.98 s/h, buy it now offer.

I used Bad Gal lash for a while. The one thing I hated about it was that by the end of a long day it got really flaky. I just got Dior mascara for $5 more than the Bad Gal and it's so awesome. My lashes look huge and so far, no flaking.

Count me as a Bad Gal fan. I also use Bad Gal liner. Unbelievable.

I use Covergirl Lash Blast Fusion, the new one in the purple tube. I used regular Lash Blast in the orange one and loved it, but Fusion came out and I like it too. It gives length as well as volume. I love it. It never clumps and stays on really well. Best mascara I've ever found.

I cousin gave me Bad Gal Lash, but I've never used it because I prefer brown mascaras and it's black. I think I'm going to go put some on right now since you all recommend it so highly though lol.

Eh, I have thin lashes so Bad Gal Lash clumped and made my lashes all spidey-leggy. That's the same reason I can't use Voluminous.

I use Covergirl Lash Blast Waterproof, in the orange tube. Love it, it makes my lashes all long and flirty without being clumpy.
