Default eating + sleep

thought I would share this with you all -- interesting article on the diet-fitness-sleep connection: http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/healt...-better-sleep/

I always knew you're supposed to get 8 hours of sleep, but didn't know how much it could impact your fitness levels! I feel kind of guilty now since I definitely rarely get 8 hours of sleep.

Thoughts?

I get 8 hours of sleep almost every night and I still feel tired...

Thanks for the link blueberry. That really sounds like me. I travel alot and my sleep schedule is crazy. I really do crave fat and sugar when I'm sleep deprived. My magic sleep number is 7 hours though.
