I've lost a shoe size, I went from a 12W to an 11. I'd be glad if they dropped one more size

That's happening to me too, I thought it was from pregnancy, I was an 8, went up to a 9 and now back to 8.5 (although one foot is waaaay bigger than the other, what's up with that?) Hoping that will sort itself out. Would love to get back to an 8, but doubtful about that happening. Anyway, I think it has something to do with the amount of weight pushing down on your feet and arches (fallen arches or plantar fasciitis etc.) flattening them out and making your foot longer.

Never thought of that - good point. I wondered how your feet could shrink that much - feet don't have THAT much fat on them. My feet have only fluctuated between an 8 and 9, so I can still wear most of my shoes - they just get looser or tighter, depending on which way the yo-yo is swinging. lol

Lost 1/2 size as well.

i don't think it's the amount of fat IN your feet, but the amount of fat pushing down on your feet. I use to wear a Wide too, but now don't need to.

I am going today to buy a new pair of work out shoes. I am down almost one whole size! My mom has been commenting that my feet are smaller and indeed they are!

I lost an entire size! I went from a 9 to 8. It really sucks because my dress shoes are very loose and I can't keep them on my feet. I'm too poor to buy anything now too because I quit my job.

I am encouraged to hear this - I find I can now only wear wide, shorter heeled shoes and sometimes a 1/2 size bigger than usual - everything else is just too uncomfortable! but I have held on to my nice shoes and look at the longingly in the closet each morning! One more thing to look forward to with lb loss!
