i got the spandex under garment thing from walmart---they even have them now where its only the tummy section so you can wear them under your clothes and you wont have the lines

I have the front butt and muffin top. After having 3 kids, my skin is shot. I think a tummy tuck is the only way I will be able to fix this. Mine is like an apron of skin. I hate it. The more weight I lose, the saggier my skin gets.

At my highest weight I had very pronounced upper and lower rolls. Has my weight loss has progressed they have shrunk considerably. I am still not quite at my goal weight but the spanx underwear or other brands have worked wonders on ironing out those lumps. For me they make my clothes fit a whole lot better and so I feel lots more confident as a result.

I know exactly how you feel. I've been going to the gym religiously (spelling?) for the past 3 weeks which is huge for me because usually I only go like one day a week and then have no motivation to go so I'm really proud of me going this long. I have not lost ANYTHING. The only place I really wanna lose weight is my tummy and my face. Everywhere else I could care less if I lose that in a million years. It seems that I'm working on this so badly and nothing is happening. Its kind of discouraging if you think about it
