Do you still actively monitor what you eat with maintenance in mind?
I am curious about this. I have not reached my goal weight.
For those of you who are at your goal weight, do you feel like you are still actively deciding what you eat based on weight and health goals?
Do you decide what to eat based on what sounds good today, or do you still have to think about what is the healthy choice to make?
Also, how long have you been maintaining at or near goal?
