Friday, Feb 22: Lots of dancing. Also lots of drinking and eating.
Saturday, Feb 23: An extremely hung over first workout of the new program I've decided to do. Plus extra tricep work for extra pain.
Sunday, Feb 24: 25 minute 2.85 mile run on treadmill.
Monday, Feb 25: Lower Body A workout (3 x 8-12) - deadlift, leg curl, leg raise, leg press, lunge, glute bridge, body weight squats.
Feb. 22: nothing-- had my dinner/auction after work so no time for any exercise
Feb. 23: wanted to make up for lack of yesterday's exercise, so I took 2 bikram yoga classes. One at 11 am, the other at 4 pm. The second class really wiped me out, but I sure slept like a baby (and my weight was down this morning). I feel like I'm getting sick again though which makes me MAD. I want to go to Zumba today but I don't feel I can handle jumping and dancing so I'll probably do yoga again.
90 minutes Bikram yoga in the morning
95 minutes Bikram yoga in the afternoon
Monday, Feb 25 PM: Pilates mat class. I HATED IT the entire time, was so sore from morning leg day that I was cramping everywhere, but burn to core was probably good.
Tuesday, Feb 26 AM: 20 min intervals on elliptical.
Feb. 25 - 26: nothing. down with stomach virus. yuck!
Feb. 27: 10 min stationary bike, dragged into power. Walked the dog for 40 min. I was dizzy for a few minutes during the squat track, and also while walking the dog and showering. guh. I have a full day tomorrow and so I will "rest" again.
