October 11: another day of Bikram Yoga. I really hope my toe is well enough to wear spin shoes on Saturday as I'd love to do spin in the morning.

Thursday, 10/11:
-Rather uninspired upper body lifting routine
-10 grueling minutes on elliptical. What's going on?

Friday, Oct. 12th:

60 minutes yoga class, which I never get to, and now I am wondering why not. Could I slip away from my job, and call this my lunch hour?
20 minutes elliptical, random intervals, resistance at nine, entirely going backward
60 minutes back & biceps routine
40 minutes Stairmaster step mill, resistance at eight, aerobic intervals

A long, long time at the gym, this being one of my rare days off, and the weather being crisp and not humid at all.

Does your gym offer classes? I got VERY burned out from using the machines and started taking classes at my gym. I find it much less boring and I can do different types of classes depending upon my schedule and mood.

Saturday, Oct. 13th:

60 minutes on the arc trainer, hill intervals, resistance upped to 10, and unfortunately I dropped my towel just halfway through it and I WON'T get off the machine or pause to retrieve it, for some weird reason of my own, and so I was pretty sweaty afterward.

Then off to shower, dress, pack, jump in the car & drive & drive & drive.

WardHog 10-13-2012 08:39 PM

saef, I won't either! Once I start I am not stopping until I am finished!
