Michele, no, sadly, I do not own an iPhone. I'm in the minority since I work in IT consulting where everyone always **has to** have the very latest technology gadget. I tend to buy things that are 100 years old instead of things that are new & exciting.
Hello everyone. I didn't stop exercising, but had a friend suffer a massive pulmonary embolism/heart stopped 5 times so have been spending my days in CCU. She is improving very slowly and my exercise habit continues to keep me sane. Will join you all again next month on reporting daily.

45 minute spin class, with weight intervals, with me stepping over lots of treacherous twigs, sections of branches and leaves on my way to class. The wind storms yesterday definitely made themselves felt.

Yesterday I bicycled up the highest paved road in the world to 14,270' (Mt Evans). Kept diet under control and still gained four pounds! This often happens when I exercise very heavily. Oh well.
