need to join this thread! After more than 6 weeks of hit or miss (mostly miss) exercising, I need to get back to a routine or winter will be upon us and I'll "hermit up" in my house!
I'll be back later with a plan, but yesterday I went canoeing with DH for 2 hours, and then square dancing for about 2 hours of actual dancing in the evening (there was also a 1/2 hour or so of festivity for someone's b'day that included an ice cream cake, but I passed.
