Glad to hear bf's appointment went okay Megan. Do let us know the results when you find them.
As I've now got four years of maintenance under my wings, I decided to look at a month at a glance. Not sure if it is "typical" for me or not, but I think I'll look at it monthly to see.
On January 1, 2012 I weighed 120.0
On January 31, 2012 I weighed 118.6
My high weight during the month was 122.8, and my low weight was 117.4.
I exercised 26 days during the month for a total of 1810 minutes.
I'm wondering what other maintainer's "statistics" look like?

Jessica-- your weight didn't vary much at all during the month. Mine tends to fluctuate more like Shannon's did.
Shannon-- how many minutes did you exercise? Is that right?
Also, Shannon-- quick Atlanta question for you. When we were online looking at houses in Atlanta, I don't see any fences. Do people not have fences? What do they do about their dogs?
Michele -my fitness program says 80 hours and 11 minutes for the month of January now that I updated it. I'm training for a half marathon so I have a lot of long runs this month. Ah - wait. Something is wrong... One day had logged in at 51 hours and I just accepted it without looking. Editing now.
On the fences - they are hit or miss. In my subdivision they are about 30% fenced - I want one, but haven't been able to afford it yet. Lots of people take their dogs out on leashes.

hmmm, maintenance stats. I keep thinking things like that would be interesting to know, but I don't really keep track.
I have been using mapmyrun.com to log my runs and dog walks, but I don't put in the time for the dog walks, so all I know is that something is logged every day.
As far as weight, I have been meaning to weigh myself... maybe I'll check it tomorrow for the start of February. I'm guessing low 130's based on the way my pants are fitting, which hasn't changed in the past month.
to everyone who keeps maintenance stats. DH and I have our "fat chart" (his name for it) in the bathroom. My weight fluctuated between 134-136 for the month of January. Obviously I walk every day Mon-Fri, all day, and I do 3 yoga sessions and 3 weight sessions per week. I also did one climbing gym session.
I am excited today. I'm meeting with a woman tonite who is going to be fostering dogs for labrador retriever rescue in Ontario. One of my clients referred me. So it looks like I'll be walking lots of labs in the future (and helping find homes for them too!). She already has her first foster - a 5 year old yellow female named "Tulip".
This is gonna be so much FUN!
And DH was sucking up to me big time this morning. He knows whenever he's stepped waaay over the line. I expect I'll get flowers this weekend.
My maintenance stats for January ~ Too much wine and

MEGAN ~ Have you ever seen the South Park, Ceasar Milan, episode? HILARIOUS!!!
ALLISON ~ Angie isn't much on George Clooney...but oh my! Tom Sellack and Sean Connery (the young and middle years)...in fact last night we were watching a rerun of FRIENDS on TV before dinner...when Tom and Monica were dating...he picked her up and headed to the bedroom...I swear Angie squealed in lustful thought...
I looked at her and said..."Hey Babe, I'm in the room!"....
LOL! When my girlfriend...many years ago, was going to USC, she got to interview Tom Sellack for the school paper...of course she just went on and on and on about him...
have hated him ever since....
No, Allison, we can't stay up for that show and, although we have talked about dvr-ing it, we always just say...nah, we have too much stuff dvr'd we don't watch now. Maybe when it gets to the 6pm reruns!
Bargoo, yep Angie likes Sean at any age but reall...REALLY when he first got a little grey! Not so much now...but then what is he...90!
Gary~we didn't watch it the first year....my in-laws talked us into it, so we watched the re-runs over the summer and now DVR-it. So worth it. It is a very good show. But I understand about having too much to DVR and watch. When my sister was here for Thanksgiving, she was 'amazed' at the number of shows we didn't watch! I think we have 3 hour-long shows and 6 half-hour-long shows for the week. That is very "do-able!"
