Weekend recap.
Saturday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apples, walnuts, skim milk
"L" (really snacks over the course of the afternoon) - bunch of samples at a chili cookoff, half a soda, half a scoop of watermelon sherbet, half a pumpkin pie blizzard (I asked for mini but I think they gave me something significantly bigger), pumpkin spice muffin, string cheese
D - @sushi place - split w/DH . . . about 3 pcs cucumber roll, 3 pcs spicy salmon roll, 3 pcs tuna roll, 1 pc salmon nigiri, 1 pc tuna nigiri, 3 pcs some kind of special roll
S - german chocolate cake brownie
E - doggie powerwalk, hour and a half yoga class
Sunday:
B - atkins bar in the middle of my loooong powerwalk
L - lean cuisine lasagna, frozen mixed veggies
S - string cheese, leftover beets/cabbage
D - salmon cakes, wild rice/farro/brown rice pilaf w/dried cranberries, buttercup squash, squash and apple turnovers (2), 1 crescent roll, apple sauce
E - hour and a half doggie powerwalk (almost 6 miles)
Monday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover rice pilaf, squash, salmon cakes, 1 turnover, atkins bar
D - baked chicken breasts, roasted brussels sprouts & apples, cooking light hominy spoonbread

fitness center at work closed with no notice. Argh. I'm thinking dog walk when I get home and maybe a pilates video. (Update: yes, I walked the dog and did a pilates video.)
