Today:
Breakfast - Half a Luna bar
Lunch - Went to a restaurant...ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad and a bowl of yogurt with fresh fruit and some granola...Sarah and I split both.
Snack - Half of a 120 calorie fig bar (Sarah and I were all about splitting things today...)
Snack - McDonald's Ice Cream Cone
Dinner - WW Lavash with turkey, hummus, and veggies, side salad
Snack - NSA Ice Cream/SF Root Beer Float
E - so...much...cleaning. I've someone managed, though, to both make my shoulder WAY worse and pinch my finger really badly disassembling some shelves. But I did work my butt off!
