yesterday = binge. Not sure how high the calorie count was, but I just kept eating crap that didn't really constitute lunch or dinner. Sometimes when I'm really overwhelmed I convince myself that I'm hungry... bad.

PLAN for weds:
B: english muffin w/ PB, coffee
S: apple
L: homemade egg white salad sandwich, carrots, berries
S: handful of unsalted mixed nuts?
D: zucchini/corn quesadilla, beans

E: hitting the treadmill! or the elliptical, haven't decided.

I hit back without submitting what I wrote earlier...

150 calories of junk last night right before bed. Had been POP up until that point...

Exercise: 60 mins strength training

ICE seminar today, so breakfast and lunch were there...

B: banana, sesame bagel with a small amount of low fat honey almond spread on half of a half, some fruit,
S: 2 more cups of coffee
L: lemon dill salmon, tossed salad no dressing, steamed veggies, small roll, 1x1 square of some chocolate iced spongecake
S: Southbeach peanut butter high protein cereal bar
D: frozen flatbread sandwich,
S: protein powder in chocolate milk
S: Kashi Go Lean

ETA:
I'm up late working on a legal document for my MIL - some identity theft resulting in collections actions. DSS & DH are sleeping and I'm starving to death... Don't think I'm actually hungry, think I'm just fidgety typing the same response over and over and over for pages and pages of answer to summons... argh...

Edited again:
Starving late night snack: one serving of raw broccoli with a little mango salsa... not the cookies I wanted but still good.

Last night I was hungry after dinner and got really upset thinking, "I can't lose weight again, I can't stand to be hungry, I don't know how I ever did it in the first place." DH reminded me that any time you cut calories you're going to be hungry but only for the first couple weeks until you adjust. :sigh: I haven't even really cut anything other than late-night snacking so far, I'm just tracking and measuring better. In any case I felt pretty crappy about it last night, but this morning I must have kicked some major water weight because the scale went down 3lbs overnight! Now I feel like it's worth it again.

Thursday:
B - raisin bran, strawberries, skim milk
S - grapes
L - chicken tamale casserole
S - orange, yogurt
D - steamed asian-style chicken, rice, broccoli
S - slice of sourdough
E - finally nice outside, I am SO taking the dog for a walk today.

My dinner last night didn't pan out because I didn't stop at the grocery store for the spinach. Perhaps tonight we'll have that yummy salad. Last night became chicken cordon blue, green beans and icky mashed potatoes. Seriously, I don't know why I ate them.

E~30 minutes treadmill
B~grapefruit, 1 oz cheddar cheese (I must need the protein)
S~hard boiled egg
L~Healthy Choice entree, small apple
S~yogurt
S~turkey slices with LC cheese
D~not sure just yet

I forgot to list the mini candy bar I had right after dinner last night.... just one, progress from the night before - only 42 calories of junk. The rest of my over calorie was 'good' food...

Today:
Exercise - the strength training I fell asleep instead of doing yesterday, going to either run at the park after work or on the treadmill
B: smoothie,
S: pb&j
L: grilled chicken salad
S: apple
S: kashi go lean
D: leftover turkey and veggies over pasta - DHs friend swears he is really coming over tonight, after four no shows in two weeks I don't believe him anymore
S: peanut butter graham cracker

A payroll company who is trying to win my business just brought me a small chocolate ganache cake from Whole Foods. Probably 4 servings. When I met with them they commented that I was drinking water the entire time, and one of the reps say my empty Kashi Go Lean box next to my trash can and shared how much she loved that cereal. We chatted for a minute about healthy eating habits, trying to cut down sugar, etc. So she sends her assistant over with a cake? WTH? Now it is sitting on my desk staring at me...

Jay, it is lovely! I'm almost done gazing at it and enjoying the chocolate smell. I'm thinking I'll regift it to one of my managers who is a single mom with two teenage boys at home. Someone there will love it!

I love having families with teenage boys I can pass the baked goods to. They ALWAYS have someone who will eat them!

I bring in stuff from home for the guys who work downstairs a lot these days, several of them have kids at home who will eat pretty much anything. I swear , it seems like some of them would probably eat the empty cake box... Makes me feel a lot less guilty than if I just threw stuff away!

My 4 year old stepson has just started the "I'm still hungry, I'm still thirsty" refrain... I'm afraid of what is coming... I hear the stories of how his dad would come home and eat everything in the fridge when he got home from school, then when my MIL got home to fix dinner she was missing key components because he had eaten everything he could find... I'm wondering if I need to pick up a second job for food money.
