Before I forget (again), here is the nutrition for the General Tsao's Chicken recipe that I posted earlier this week. I count the rice separately, and usually throw in 1.25 lbs chicken for the same amount of sauce. Per 4 cooked oz/or one-fourth the recipe of chicken w/ sauce, you have 279 cal, 7g fat, 16g carbs, 35g protein, and about 900mg sodium. It is really delicious!
I'm feeling much more centered today. I had a good weights and cardio workout at the gym yesterday, and I even got up the courage to ask the trainer to show me proper form for a lat pull-down. Girls night was fun, I didn't over-indulge on the food, and got a pretty good night's sleep. Ahhhh.

Some friends and I make beer and are having a tasting tomorrow evening at my house. I'm not worried about the alcohol (the thought of it still makes me shudder), and I'm keeping snacks to a minimum and serving a veggie plate (w/ dip made of light sour cream - mwahaha they will never know!) and fruit plate, so hopefully all will go well. So I literally have to avert my eyes at times -- it's that bad.
Once in a while someone here will get set off (usually me), but it doesn't seem to happen very often. And even I am doing better at holding my breath and looking away when I need to.
