Hi everyone. I noticed in some of the recipes you guys are making that you are using Fat Free Dressing. Is that program? I was told to use light dressing by our staff at LA. They say it has less sodium. But the light has a lot more calories. Maybe I will switch to Fat Free to lighten the calorie load.

I weigh in tomorrow. so far this week I have been doing good, so we will see.
