Congrats to all you LOSERS!! Every pound is an inspiration for another. I especially love milestones--can't "weight" for the 160's have'nt seen them in over 10 years!

wow this is an awesome week. I lost another 2.2!!! I was soooo good last night out at dinner. I passed up appertizers and dessert!! WOO HOO!!!! :carrot:

My new mile stone now will be to have only 49 pounds to lose. That's only ten pounds! :D I just know I can do it. |

Super today
I did a WI this morning and was down another .6! Yippee!:carrot: I am just so excited to be losing at all, that even small steps are exciting. Thanks to everyone for their encouragement since I joined. If I didn't have a place to check in throughout the day, I think I may have been lost already.
On a positive note, for the first time I didn't get grilled about Lites, supplements, or anything else! Maybe they are learning;) |

So, I have not been able to go to the COD for a few weeks due to DH's new job, and still won't get to go in till a week from Thursday. I weigh 2 lbs lighter on the COD scale, and I have a had a loss on mine, I could post the loss my scale says, or subtract 2 lbs and post what the COD scale would say if I could get on it. What would you do? |
If you know that your scale shows two lbs more then what the COD shows and it's that way everytime, then I would post your home scale weight minus two lbs. Congrats on a loss also:)
