Hi All!
I'm new to LAWL (Joined 2 wks ago and down 7 lbs). I tried WW a couple of years ago and lost, but I still figured out how to eat JUNK and stay within my points

That helped with weight loss, but not healthy eating.
After some thinking, I've figured out why I gained my weight. They are 8, 10, and 11 yrs. old, and I love all 3 of them dearly. I had all 3 of my children within a short amount of time (39 mos. to be exact

). I kept 10 lbs. on with each of them and gained another 10 because I got LAZY about being active. I'm currently at 174 and would like to get down to 140. I just turned 34, and I decided I was ready to be the "old me" (the healthy, confident version...).
I know the only way I'll get to my goal is to find a healthy eating plan that I can live with, STICK with the plan, and EXERCISE. The exercise is the hardest part for me because I could SOOO be a gym rat! I was in college, (back when I wore a size 3

), but my nearest gym (and my LAWL center) happen to be 50 miles away!
I'm hoping I can depend of some of you to keep me motivated and moving! I've been "hovering around" for the last couple of weeks, so I feel like I know some of you already. I tend to be incredibly shy, so it took me awhile to actually post! I guess this is the first step!
Looking forward to losing more!!
