Hi Kathy and LaDean,

Here is our new thread. Basically we are following her guidelines anyway, no sugar or white flour.

LaDean, how did you do yesterday? It's been raining these past couple of days so Lacee & I haven't been able to get out and walk. Hopefully the rain will end and it will warm up soon.

Kathy, how is your eating plan going? I feel better when I don't eat a lot of carbs. When I have bacon & eggs for breakfast, that stays with me longer than cereal & fruit. I am hungry by lunch, but not ready to gnaw on the carpet like I am when I eat cereal.

Aleka-How is your eating going? I notice that when I have cold cereal for breakfast i'm hungry soon after but when I have oatmeal and egg whites (seperately of coure.lol) i'm satisfied till lunch.

LaDean-How's the SBD going?

I realize I haven't posted a menu in a little while now. I've only been doing well for this week:

Menu 4/22 Tuesday
Breakfast- 3egg whites, 1/2c oatmeal, 1c 1%milk
Lunch-salad, chicken, peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Snack- Balance bar
Dinner- chicken & broccoli w/ white rice (chinese food) basically i'm just trying to stay OP w/ WW.

Yes glad we got back to this one. Your right i am sticking to no sugar and white flour products. this is my regular eating plan. Now i like this other sbd but i miss the bread for toast at breakfast with eggs. but i can get use to it.. kinda went off with yesterday lunch... but just had salad last nite... so hopefully this day i will stick to it....lol Walked yesterday its rain here to. but that is our winter weather. scales are not looking to bad...

WED, no walk have something to do out of town....
going to have eggs for breakfast.... from there its turkey again and again.ha ha got to get me some bacon going to look this morning when out and about. got to get blood pressure taken to. i have to keep eye on it...
ALEKA AND KIT HAVE A GREAT DAY.... THANKS ALEKA FOR GETTING THE BOARD READY AND ALL. hopefully this will be ok was before. lol.. LaDean woof woof tuffy is all snuggled in as he went out in rain and he hates it. ha :)

Here is my menu from yesterday. I haven't posted any menus lately. 4/22

B: 1 C. fresh fruit salad, 1 C. shredded wheat cereal, 1C. skim milk, black coffee, no sugar

L: salad w/leftover chicken breast, 1/4 c. almonds, and regular salad dressing, diet soda

Snack: sugar free fudgsicle

D: turkey ham steak, 1/2 c. brown rice, "mock" potato salad, diet soda.

Snack: S/F jello, decaf coffee, black

LaDean, how was your blood pressure? Hope it was ok. It takes awhile getting used to not having toast with your eggs. Sometimes I still do. But, I find when I don't have the toast, the eggs and bacon stay with me longer. Lacee hates the rain too. At least when we're having bad weather she doesn't stay outside very long. In good weather she's outside sniffing the ground and looking around to make sure her neighborhood is in order. :lol:

Kathy, that's good you are trying to keep OP w/WW. I'm using WW portion sizes, but not counting points. Are you counting points?

Yes i know i am not a bread eater. but with this turkey love the sandwitches.ha but i am doing good. glad your day is going good and yesterday meal you done great.....LUNCH..... 2 boiled eggs. turkey. dill pickle. This is a good time to do this plan as fruits and vegies fresh ones here anyhow have no taste at all. so is why i decided i would give this a try. now garden time last year is when i lost my wt. i just ate vegies and fruits alot. so dividing the plans like this helps. so got couple months.ha Know what you mean Aleka about the bread. if i have it and potatoes i do not lose as good. so slacking down on both... good luck to you..... yes today is rainy and tuffy did go out and all but fast and in. Oh he use to when younger ran the neighborhood also.course we never let him out of yard or off lots so he was good at that. had plenty of room just hear. Hes a snooper though. My blood pressure was good. it was higher on top though.. 186/94 and has been running 100 on bottom. i cannot take the medication so really have to keep an eye on it. so this is good without . so i was happy. down 2 lbs of easter 3 i gained to. so now got one to get off before tops friday.... so hoping i will do it got these 2 days.

KIT,,,, now your on the ww. i have everything and do it off and on with keeping the points. Its a good one for life one anyhows. good luck.....

I am so glad we got this board back and never had to move. i am reading her plan more. it does make sense but so much to remember.ha I WILL BE BACK... LaDean:) I love coming here and seeing how the both of you are doing it helps me alot...:)

Hi Aleka and Kit, i have had a good day. No bread or potatoes. I did have a small tiny piece of taffy.ha but that is all. i want to eat my sweets sensibly... but no more now.
DINNER...... stir fry... turkey, stewed tomatoes, onions, green peppers, it was just my doing. have never really made one. but it taste good and was filling. had a glass of milk also with it. I drink it for calicum alot. I need to get on ex bike for a while so plan to do that in awhile. missed my walk today but back to it in the morning. I hope it clears up so you and lacee can get out for your walk. I love walking. turn on the radio and dance with lacee. tuffy loves for me to hold him and dance. but not long.ha ha
KIT.... Now hows your plan going? is it the ww you decided on. or just watching it. I do portions with mine alot... HAVE A GOOD EVENING THE BOTH OF YOU.. I read sommerizing again today and it does make sense to eat things seperate. but alot to remember.ha ha so i kinda do it to if i am being careful and paying attention..... LaDean:)

LaDean- I hear ya on the bread. I'm a carb person I just love peanut and butter sandwiches. But giving up bread will be all worth it in the end! LaDean did those extra pounds come off yet?

Aleka- Yup i'm counting points. I feel so hopeless, the scale just don't move! But, I have to eat something right, so WW will do for now. I'm sought of doing WW points and LAWL guidelines, in reference to starches. Sounds like you are doing just fine. Have you lost any weight yet?

Menu 4/23 Wednesday

Breakfast- 1/2c oatmeal, 1c 1%milk, 3 egg whites
Lunch- P&J sandwich, chicken ( I know weird combonation.)
Snack- Balance bar
Dinner-chinese food- chicken& brocolli w/ rice, 3 ho-ho's

Now that I look at this i'm not doing that great after all, no wonder the scale is at a hault! I'll do better today.

LaDean, congratulations on your weight loss! :bravo: :cp: ya, there is a lot to remember when you Somersize. I'm just staying away from white flour and sugar. If I do have any carbs, they are whole grains. A lot of what she says makes sense. I tend to read too many diet books, and everyone has their own opinion and it gets kind of confusing. You are doing great with your eating. Yesterday I made one of the ricotta cheese desserts in the South Beach Diet book. It wasn't too bad. There were a lot of calories in it though, 200 cal., so I don't know if I'll make it again or not.

Kathy, I did get on the scale the other day and I had lost 1 lb. from the 3 lb. I gained when I went off of the grapefruit diet. I haven't been on since, been afraid to actually.:fr: I have to start eating right too. My stomach seems to be messed up a bit. You look like you're doing ok with your eating.

menu 4/23:
B: 2 scrambled eggs, 3 slices bacon, black coffee, no sugar
Snack: small handful almonds
L: Lean Cuisine frozen dinner, (Sante Fe beans & rice) diet soda
Snack sugar free fudgsicle
D: stuffed peppers w/hamburg, marinara sauce, cauliflower (in place of rice), diet soda
S: ricotta creme made from recipe from South Beach Diet, black decaf coffee

KIT, I seem to be doing ok on this plan. just started it monday and today i am down 3 1/4 so cannot complain about that. got my gain off and happy about that. tops in the am so its be good rest of day today.ha glad your doing the ww , i do it off and on to. sometimes keeping pts and not the cal amt.ha is fun i think does not sound like as much.lol

ALEKA, i have done good last 2 days no bread. did have cracker or 2 today though.... but not the calories.ha
LUNCH. Chili, tea and crackers. 1tsp of peanut butter(was before i ate lunch) No dinner for me ate more lunch to allow for that. if i do it will just be a slice of turkey breast.... i drink the tea when hungry and it helps me. i have it cold for lunch. I am glad your doing good to.
walked this am and had a good dry walk. but rainy and ucky off and on today..... MORE SNOW AND SHOWERS GEE I HOPE SUMMER IS YOUR WAY SOON......

I am doing good the no bread now getting more use to it.ha then potatoes are my weakness but have not had any. so this is good for me. I take turns counting pts and calories. so i do that some to. i think we need to combine and then keep a variety in it. ha

ALEKA.. Your doing good on it to. now this is our 4th day..... its getting easier for me... so there is hope.ha

ALEKA, got your pm and sent you one. I had a good day as i was down 2 1/2 for the week and of course adding to that the 3lb i was up. so since Monday had a good one on this plan.... I lost 5 1/2 for the month. so i am so happy. getting off what i gained over the holidays then i can start new.ha that is life so not complaining.... Never walked yet today may ride ex bike. its so ucky out today....
BREAKFAST...... turkey with cheese melted over it. glass of milk
LUNCH...... hamburger and chili fries and chips.... (NO NO NO MOREEEE)
DINNER..... VERY LIGHT

LaDean, congratulations on your weight loss. That's fantastic. :cp: Peanutbutter & banana sandwiches are my favorite too! :T I haven't had one in years. Another sandwich I like too is peanutbutter & bacon with the bread toasted. I haven't had one of those in years too. Glad that what you are doing is working for you. I haven't really followed the diet that closely this past week. Yesterday we took off for the day and I had fried clams for lunch.

Kathy, hope things are going well for you.

4/25:

B: (ate breakfast out) 2 eggs, 2 slices raisen toast, veggies w/melted cheese, black coffee..no sugar

L: fried clam roll, coleslaw, iced tea w/Equal

D: low-fat cheese, crackers, glass of wine

ALEKA, THANKS yes i am finally with it i think... I have never ate bacon and p/butter together. sounds good will have to try it. I had oatmeal this am. i put a tsp of it in it when i cook it and its good to. figure get protein that way.ha I blew yesterday and had bread... but hey we have to have our day to do our thing. that way we stay with our program better i think. yes i read alot of different ones to. love reading them. always get something out of them.ha ha I am just putting few together and doing my thing. watching the sugar and all like you said. my bread and potatoes watching... so weigh in thursday am at tops this week. we have our big state meeting away. its a 3 hour drive starts friday am so we have to leave here at 5 in the morning friday so just 3 in our group cannot go so having it early. 9 of us are going and spending the nite. we always have a ball. then to add to the fun theres a indian casino there.ha ha so i am getting excited. ha I am glad your doing good with your eating also. sounds good i love sharing what we eat. course mine is always so boring. just not a cook.ha

For some reason or another I'm up rather early this morning. I got on the scales and I'm up 2 lb. :( Of course the fried clams had nothing to do with that....:s: The only thing that worked for me was WW and counting points. I think I will be doing that again because I don't want to gain anymore weight.

LaDean, your trip sounds fabulous! I know you will have a great time. I don't like to cook much either. If you do have the peanutbutter & bacon sandwich, toast the bread. That way the peanutbutter melts all over the bacon.:T :T

Hi gals!

I hope everyone had a great weekend!

As you can tell by the lack of my presence, I have not been doing well. I haven't worked out since last week Tuesday and I spent the weekend eating cake and icecream and pasta! I gained 2# over the weekend, nope i'm not doing good at all!

Aleka and LaDean congrats on the weightloss! You guys rock! I plan to get things together today!

My new SlimSeries arrived today, so hopeful that should keep me occupied for a few weeks.

I was off this weekend so up and up up today.. got to really work at it. weighin thursday instead of friday am... we all need a get away at times. i ate bread this weekend. not really a bread eater. but when off crave it i guess.ha but today i am back to it and sounds like you are to. good for you. at least we can say we go back and do not throw the towel in.... that is why its so different when we go off our programs. we do know how to get back to them and stay with them. i walked all weekend everyday that is... well get with you program now. you can do it and will..... have a great day.

LaDean, how did your eating go yesterday? Mine went fairly well. I started counting points again. Hopefully I'll be able to get those 2 lbs. off.:s: That's great you got your walking in over the weekend. We just got back from our walk a little while ago. We don't go very far or walk very fast because of my back problem, so we take Lacee with us. The arm I hold the leash in gets a good workout:lol: Lacee says WOOF to Tuffy.

Kathy, have you done the Slim Series yet? If so, how is it? I also gained 2 lbs. from last week. My eating wasn't all that great either. This week I'm going to try a little harder to eat right and try and get as much walking in as possible.

4/28:
B: 1 C. shredded wheat cereal w/1C. strawberries, 1/2C. blueberries, and 1C skim milk. Black coffee...no sugar
L: salad w/2 oz. turkey breast, 1/8C. almonds, & 2 Tbsp. regular salad dressing, diet soda.

Snack: sugar-free jello w/2 Tbsp. lite Cool Whip. Black decaf coffee...no sugar

I manage to have my first successful day OP w/ WW yesterday. That's the plan i'll be doing for a while. I'm so tried of the quick fixes and i've gotten no where w/ them but whinding up 5# heavier!

Lunch- Healthy Choice entree, 1c veggies, apple, 10z WOW chips, diet soda
Snack- Balance bar
Dinner-Lean Cuisine entree, 1c veggies, diet soda, 1c strawberries, graham cracker.


LaDean- How are you doing on the diet? Are you having just meat and veggies and fats? When can you have bread, fruit,etc?

Aleka- Nice to hear that you've lost weight on WW before, i've never really given it a chance in the past.

Kathy, I've joined WW so many times and for one reason or another stop going, just like this time. I guess I just get sick of dieting. I seem to be able to lose about 12 lb. fairly easy, but then stall and I get discouraged and quit. Glad you had another good day. Good for you for getting your workout in. My eating went well yesterday and I got a little walk in.

B: 1C. shredded wheat cereal, 1/4C. blueberries, 1/2C. strawberries, 1C. skim milk, coffee
L: turkey sandwich made with 2 slices light bread, 2 oz. turkey breast, 1 slice low-fat cheese, 1 oz. baked Lays potato chips, iced tea w/equal.
D: 1C whole-wheat blend pasta, 1/2 C. pasta sauce, 1/2 chicken breast left over from the other night, diet soda
Snack: 1/2 C. white chocolate fat-free/sugar-free pudding, decaf coffee...black, no sugar.

Hi all,

Aleka- I am trying to look at food on another level these days. I'm still here trying to loose the same 50#, 30# i'd like to see gone in a flas but that's just not going to happen, so i'm trying not to put a label on anything. I feel like when I say i'm on WW or LAWL, Atkins, etc, like that one label has control over me and then I rebel and binge and the cycle starts all over again. So from now on i'll be using WW as a guide to and will stick to my pt range and try to not have as many starches. How many pounds do you have to loose?

LaDean- How's the diet going? You also, how many more pounds do you have to loose?

Ladies i've been trying to be starch free for at least 3 days in a row and today is day 2 of that, it's so hard but it will be worth it.

Menu 4/30 Wed.

Breakfast- 2eggs, lslice of cheese, 3strips of turkey bacon
Lunch- chicken and broccoli in garlic sauce, diet soda
Dinner- chicken and broccoli in garlic sauce, diet soda

Kathy, is it getting easier for you being starch free? I sometimes go into Suzanne's site just to see what's brewing over there, and there usually is something going on!:dizzy: Somebody posted about the new Atkins diet book, Atkins for Life, which I assume is his maintenance book. You get a set amount of carbs to eat for the day, she mentioned 40-45, and you can eat whatever you wanted for carbs just as long you stayed within that 40-45 limit. She thought it similar to counting points on WW. I am wondering if you could do this and lose weight instead of starting out with his more stricter plan. I am almost tempted to get the book. I have about 20 lb. I would like to lose, but would settle for 15 lb. I know what you mean about wanting to rebel against a diet plan when you have to give up something. I am back to drinking regular coffee in the morning. That's what I like about WW, don't have to cut anything out.

LaDean, how did you do on the South Beach Diet last week and how was your weigh-in at TOPS?

5/1 menu:
B: (ate breakfast out) 2 eggs, 3 links sausage, raisen toast, a few homfries, coffee
L: 1C. blackbean soup w/turkey ham added in, reduced fat triscuits, Healthy Valley oyster crackers (made without hydrogenated oils), diet soda
D:cheeseburger on lite bun, baked french fries, iced tea
Snack: 1/2 C. white chocolate sugar-free/fat-free pudding, 2Tablesp. lite Cool Whip

Hi everyone!

It has been 5days since i've been doing the SS and I have already lost 1/2in in my thighs and hips!

I've been OP and not cheating at all! Yesterday was rough but some sugar free cherry jello help me through it!

Aleka- Today is day 3 of being starch free, and it's seems much easier today than yesterday, getting past 3days is the hardest part for me and I have all but made it! I like WW to and you don't feel depreived at all! I think you could just make sure to not have more than 2 starches a day, count each starch as a limit to 20gms of carbs each, 2 starches would equal 40. Keep to low sugar fruits and I think you'd loose. I'm basically doing induction right now, but if I call it that i'll start going hogwild!lol so you have 15-20# to loose? That's not bad! I'd like to loose 30# before my vacation in July but I know that's not possible, but what ever I can will do!

LaDean- How is the diet going? Are you still bread free? I'm bascially doing the same as you for the moment.

Menu for 5/1 Thu
Breakfast-2eggs, 3strips turkey bacon, 1 slice cheese
Lunch-1/2 chicken baked, no skin, green veggies, diet soda, jello
Dinner- Mcdonalds new salad- chicken breast & lettuce, diet soda, jello

LaDean, it's nice to see you back. Sorry about your computer. It's amazing how we lived so long without a computer, and now that we have one we can't live without it!:lol: Did you have a nice time at your TOPS convention? The 3/4 lb. could have been water retention.

Kathy, losing inches and staying OP is fantastic!!:cp: The SS is really working for you. You go girl! Yesterday on Amazon I bought Atkins latest diet book, Atkins for Life. I've been reading good things about it, where he gives you a wide range of carb grams to eat everyday. I don't know if it is a continuation of his maintenance phase, but I figured any reduction in carbs would be beneficial. I thought I would add 15 - 20 gm. of carbs to my meals and to my snacks. You might lose 30 lbs. by the time your vacation rolls around, if not, then you'll be that much closer to your goal. Where are you planning on going for your vacation? My cousin & I are planning a trip to your fair city at Christmastime. We go with a tour group every other year and this is our year! The last 2 times we went the weather was so warm that we didn't need our coats, and it seemed weird looking at Christmas decorations in the warmth. Last time we went we saw the NBC news team filming a Christmas commercial at the skating rink in Rockafeller (sp?) Center. That was fun to watch. Hopefully I'll lose those 20 lb. before we go.

My eating wasn't all that great over the weekend.

5/3 menu:
B: shredded wheat cereal w/1C. strawberries, 1/2C. blueberries, 1C. skim milk, black coffee
L: turkey sandwich on 2 slices light bread, low-fat cheese, 1 oz. baked potato chips.
D: Boca Burger on light bun, 1 oz. baked potato chips, lite beer
Snack: 4 or 5 sugar free fugdsicles throughout the day (don't ask) :lol:

5/4 menu:

L:salad w/soy nuts and regular salad dressing
D: pasta w/3 turkey meatballs and parm. cheese ontop, lite beer

Hi,

Sorry i've been MIA since last week but I've been going through depression. I didn't gain back the 3# that I lost last week, THANK GOD! Because i've been eating nothing but P&J sandwichs since the weekend. Yesterday I did pretty ok, but not to great.

Breakfast- 2 eggs, 3 slice turkey bacon, 1 slice lite cheese
Lunch-chinese 1c chicken and lots of broccoli, diet soda, jello, 15 WOW chips
Dinner- 3 lite P&J sandwichs, some graham crackers.

LaDean- Don't worry about messing up, you have a lot going on right now, hopefully you'll get your computer back up soon.

Aleka- So theres a new Atkins book? Does it require you do the induction the same way? Do they add more carbs in after induction and change the kind of carbs you can eat now?

Kathy, sorry to hear about your depression. I hope you are doing better. From what I've read on different posts on Suzanne's site, is that in the new Atkins book, you count carbs like you would points on WW. I'm sure this book was meant for maintenance, but I don't see why you couldn't lose weight even though you don't go through the induction phase. Quite a lot of people on Suzanne's site are combining both, using her recipes and counting carbs.

LaDean, did you get your new computer? We had computer problems ourselves a few days ago. Our computer is fairly new and we had trouble with the hard drive. A tech came out the other day and gave us a new hard drive, then we had to put everything back. It was a pain.

My eating hasn't been very good, so I won't post any of my menus.:o

ALEKA AND KIT, LACEE TO. i am back i am so happy. just got my new computer set up few minutes ago. had to get right on. i love it. its so fast.ha so aleka your with ww points again... I think that is what i am going to do also. i just cannot not eat the bread and i am not a meat eater. so i decided hey just watch the bread and starches and high pt things. so i will be on it to then. Kit are you still ss ??? I have not got caught up on your notes i just had to drop in first.ha ha ha this has been so bad i have gained last 2 weeks. no computer is why.ha ha i had lost 4 weeks in row. so back to normal and scedule not. woooffffffff tuffy has not missed it all that much. gets more attention from me but he says he missed you Laceee.ha well hey got to get some emailing done and let everyone now i am in the world again..... i will get caught up on here also..... LaDean, glad to see you are back and have your new computer up and running. Does Tuffy mind thunder storms? We had a few around us last night and they got Lacee upset. She never used to mind them, but last summer one of our neighbors set off a lot of fireworks and ever since then thunder storms bother her. Don't worry about gaining these past couple of weeks. I haven't been very good myself, and I've also gained. The WW point counting lasted 2 meals.:lol:

Hi guys,

Things have been awful for me. I'm almost at an all time high in weight. It's miserable. I won't bother posting any menus but i'm back on track today. I'm doing LAWL and WW combined. I'm just trying to be starch free for a few days to get some of the water weight off.

LaDean- I think WW is a good program and you'll like it. It works well w/ everything. Sorry about the weight gain, i'm in the same boat as you. When I write that I love SS, I am meaning Slim Series workouts not Somersizing. lol

Aleka- How are things? You gained as well? We all have to get it together. Must be the weather or something, all i can think about is treats. What plan are you doing right now? I haven't been to Suzzanes site in a long time. The new Atkins plan sounds great.

Lets get back on track and start posting menus. lol

LaDean- I'm not a meat eater either and i'm not a bread eater either but like you whenever I completely have to cut breads out of my diet I rebel and want it badly. but, right now i'm doing a modified LAWL and WW. Yes we can do this together. I've already lost 2# of the 5# that I gained.

Kathy, congratulations on your weight loss.:cp: Your eating sounds right on track. I'm still mulling through what I want to do. Right now I am in the process of listening to my body to see what it is I want to do. I have found out through trial and error, that I need to have carbs in the morning. My stomach feels so much better after having cereal, fruit, & skim milk for breakfast. At my other meals I do just fine without any bread or other starch. Bread is just one of my downfalls, but I honestly don't miss it. Until I decide what to do, I'm just going to eat balanced meals, watch my portions, and start walking again. I did get my first walk in today since my back started feeling better.

LaDean, like you and Kathy, whenever I can't have something, that's when I really crave it. But, I do eat meat, especially hamburg. I won't eat lamb or veal, and I'm *iffy* on pork. But, I do eat bacon:o How is your eating coming along? The socks your daughter gave you sound adorable. I get dog catalogs a lot, and I bought a pair of sock slippers with a Boston on each slipper. I have quite a few Boston statues, stuffed Bostons, and other things. It started with the Boston we had before Lacee.

5/12:

Hi guys,

I have lost 3# over night! Today is my 3rd day being starch free for now. So now i'm back to where I was before, so bring on the weightloss! lol

Aleka- I'm doing much better! I'm on track. I want to have a balance diet but I don't trust myself not to over do it, so I completely cut starches out of my diet for now. I have a trip in July and want to loose 16# before then. On Mon it was 21#, so i'm coming along. I really like your diet, it very balanced and sound. What SF fudcicles do you eat? I could use some.

LaDean-Glad you had a good day at the casino. lol Also glad to hear your back on track.

First off, great job on the weight loss, Kathy!:bravo: :cp: You really are doing great! You will definitely lose the weight you want by the time you go on your trip. Where are you planning to go? I've been reading a lot of Diana Schwarzbein, where she advocates eating a balanced meal, adding 15g. of carbs to each meal and 7g. for each snack. It's almost like Somersizing, where you eat healthy fats, no sugar or white flour, but no food combining. The food combining has stopped me from going back to Somersizing. I am also reading Atkins for Life, where you do a *controlled* carb diet. That looks really interesting too. I'm sure it's meant to be his maintenance phase, but it does say in the book that you can lose weight by controlling your carbs without doing the induction phase. So far the Atkins plan sounds easier than Schwarzbein's.

Hi LaDean, how are you coming along?

Last night's dinner was a disaster! I made some whole-wheat pasta. We have those pasta pots with the holes in the lid for easy draining. Well...DH went to drain the pasta, he didn't lock the lid and all the pasta ended up in the sink!:censored: :censored: So, we had take out.

5/14:
