Thanks aleka, I have tops on friday am.. but i weigh myself daily on the scales.. its just my thing a habit now.. but i do better when i do..
Oh we are not putting you to shame now... you done good and you will again... I wish i could send some of this nice weather to you. the hot hot days we had especially.ha I got 2 plants yesterday... going to put them in dish i have...
I hope all goes well with your dr. checkup... Yes you did do good on that plan.. i like to do them so can get off for something and then gives us a boost... so good luck...

Hi guys!

We've still been working in the yard and we're almost finished. I'm tired, but it's a good tired.

I am starting the grapefruit diet again today. I was going to start it yesterday, but DH & I went out for breakfast after I had some blood work done, and I blew it. I'm going to try to just do it the 12 days, then see what happens. Wish me luck!:lol:

LaDean, that's good weighing yourself has become a habit. I did that on one of my many diets, and I drove myself and my DH crazy.:dizzy: :lol:

Kathy, how are things going with you? I am soooo excited! My cousin & I are planning on going with a local tour group to NYC sometime in Dec., before Christmas. This will be our 4th time going on this tour with the same travel agency, we try to go every other year. This time things will be a little different. We're planning on seeing a Broadway Show. Neither of us have ever been to one. Naturally, we're going to Radio City Music Hall. All our arrangements are made.

ALEKA, GOOD LUCK TO YOU ON THE GRAPEFRUIT DIET AGAIN. It worked for you so it will again. I am just trying to watch it.. not doing the pts anymore back to counting the calories.. i change off and on once in awhile.. missed my walk this am as they went early and so i never went out alone.. i will maybe walk tonite some. its cooled off last couple days. so i love that..

LaDean, I love seeing deer. We used to have a baby moose around our area, and we do have a big ole black bear. The bear has visited our bird feeders on more than one occasion. Haven't seen him/her in a while though. Did you get your walk in the other night? Hope everything is going well for you.

Kathy, how are you doing with Jenny Craig? How much weight have you lost so far?

Well...I've done just ok with the grapefruit diet. I sort of blew it for a couple of meals....let's just say I'm easing into it:lol: Tomorrow is another day. My GF who gave me this diet is going back on it too so we can give each other support.

yes the deer are pretty. but oh do they love the gardens.. did not put roses over there or strawberries this year there favorite.. but they love the potatoe tops also.. but that is life. Oh moose my one friend in canada saw alot of moose on her property... there is a Bear that has came down in woods back of lot people said they have seen one.. but i have not...

so glad your plan is going good for you again.. and that your gf is doing it to. this helps alot. i am working with a friend she lives in calif.. but we were friends for years before she moved.. so we share and it helps.. I should go on the grapefruit one.ha I would like to take some off and get me to going. i never went to tops this am as i overslept... my scales were up a lb. so not to bad...

LaDean, each day your weight is probably different and it's good that you are ok with that. I wouldn't be. When I weighed myself daily, it would determine whether or not I was having a good day. If the scale was up a lb., I would starve myself that day. We have had the bear in our backyard a couple of times. We haven't seen any evidence of him/her coming around this year. The first year the bear came he/she destroyed our bird feeders. We actually did see it. We had another Boston at the time and she was out on the screened in porch with us and barking at the bear. DH backed into some of the porch furniture, which scared the bear off, then we told the dog she chased the bear away.:s:

Hi all,

Didn't mean to disappear on you, but I was really sick last week, couldn't workout at all, but I made sure to stick to the plan! I love Jenny Craig! This is exactly what i've been looking for! I started out at 175# and i'm now down to 167# my goal was to be 165# before July, hopefully I can make my goal plus some!

Aleka- How are you feeling? Are you dealing w/ the emotional problems you mentioned? I know it's so easy to turn to food, but then the guilt comes and you feel worse so you eat more because your like, what the **** i'm fat anyway. I don't miss that cycle at all! You don't have that much to loose luckily.

LaDean- You've left WW? I agree, counting calories works best, well it's working best for me right now. I like JC because they portion the meals out per calories and I don't have to worry about counting them so much just the extras that I put w/ them.

Hi there....

I got my cholesterol test back on Sat. and it went up quite a bit. So, I decided to stop the grapefruit woe because of all the bacon and eggs you eat. I am on Lipitor for cholesterol, and about 2 weeks ago I got a letter from the pharmacy telling me that since April I could have possibly been taking counterfeit Lipitor. So, that could have been why my cholesterol went up.

Kathy, sorry to hear that you were sick. Hope you're feeling better now. Congratulations on your weight loss!:cp: :cloud9: You definitely will surpass your goal by July. Way to go!!! I am so happy for you that you found something that works for you and that you actually enjoy. I just am tired of counting points..calories..etc. I keep returning to Suzanne's woe because you don't have to count anything and I like the food. Ya, things have worked out ok with my problem...for the time being anyway. My parents have passed away and left me our summer cottage on the lake. Because of high property taxes I am forced to sell it. I am upset about it because that's the last link I have to my parents. I am unable to rent it. Someone made an offer, then for various reasons withdrew it. I was very relieved to say the least. Thank you for asking.

LaDean, how are you and Tuffy doing? I just took Lacee for a walk. She really wasn't bad at all. Lacee says "WOOF!"

Hi you 2 and 3 i should say.. woof lacee tuffy says. hes been hot but doing good. still got some playfulness in him.. we are so thankful for that... I have been doing good with my eating.. blew it sunday and had pizza but back to normal eating. have not been walking. my foot is still acting up so just decided to give it a rest.. this darn psorasis it comes and goes. just annoying is all. I can live with it... sorry to hear about having to sell the cabin and all. but glad it never worked out.ha ha i know what you mean family things and all are so very special.. I am tired of watching what i eat and all. so i am more less just not worrying so about it and going from there.. I do count the calories and try to keep them reasonable... sorry to hear your chol went up. but probably good you know it so you can get off the eggs and bacon. that is one reason really i never went on it as i have high chol and also high trig/ and my risk for heart attack was sky high losing wt helped that. is why i really have to be careful hey just watch the portions is all i am mainly doing now... it gets discouraging but i am trying to keep at it... good luck

Hey Kit, so sorry you been sick and all. glad your better... yes quit the points... i can watch labels so as i fix it can jot it down and that seems to be easier for me.. glad you have done so good. gee yes you will reach it before july good for you gal....

we will to get with it aleka and get ours off. we know how to do it so we can do it... tuffy has his little walk around the lots. then gets tired easy and all.. so with this heat i do not take him to much.. hes laying in front of his fan it on low now.. loves it..

A friend of mine who is up for the summer already, and I are going out to the Olive Garden for lunch today. I love their soup, salad, & breadsticks (I only have 1 breadstick) :)

LaDean, I wish some of your heat would come our way.:D Yesterday we had a nice day, but it's supposed to start raining again later on today. :( I am doing about the same thing you are with dieting. I'm back to the "non" diet approach, eating healthy, watching my portions, and chosing lower calorie snacks. The only thing I am sticking with is 1 oz. of almonds in my salad.
I had lost weight many years ago doing the "non" diet approach. I listed to my body, ate slowly, and stopped when I felt full. Hopefully I can do it again. Glad that Tuffy is doing well. Does he mind the heat? Lacee starts panting the minute it gets hot, but doesn't mind lying in the hot sun for hours, until she's overly cooked.:lol:

yes aleka that i think worked for me before so going for it for life... i just cannot keep thinking now cannot eat this now i can have this and all. so figured i can do this no approach... almonds are good. my neighbor told me to mix them with my rasins and snack on them... it worked... i got 2 watermellons last nite and cut one all up in a bowl. that is what i had for dinner. and now got it for awhile... i had good day yesterday... i am going to get out for my walk this am. its cool and feet are lots better... i miss it when i do not do it... yes i think if we just do what our bodies tell us its the best way.... glad your back to something that is working for you to.. you know this was what i did last summer and lost and my chol went way down. i was so happy... we can and we WILL LOSE..... yes tuffy will lay in sun to till he is just panting... but he also likes to be inside in the cool when its so hot. he lays in front of a box fan and it on low... so cute... hes all covered up this am here at my feet. he gets cold real easy to.. glad lacee is ok... they sure have minds of there own...Have a great day.... I wish i could send you all of this heat. i do not like the heat at all. will take my rain.ha its due this weekend .ha

Aleka, what scandelous things are going on w/ you? Taking counterfeit Lipitor? The pharmacy who supplies you w/ your meds never noticed? I agree w/ your decision to stop the grapefruit diet. How about counting starches?

LaDean- I haven't hit 165#, in fact I haven't lost an ounce this week. Just not a good week, but i'm still maintaing. How are things going w/ you? Are you still counting calories?

KIT, still counting the calories yes.. adding some to as i am to low i think. so it helped not being hungry... i was up today at tops. but got a different attitude now. i am just trying and not worrying so about the #'s on scales as i have high blood pressure and cannot take medication for that. when i worry and stress out about wt then it goes up. so is more important to keep it down... so i just try to portion and eat what i want but burn off some of what i eat.. i have been doing good with that... glad your maintaining and doing good. good for you..oh i thought that was where your at... sorry... well have a good day...

aleka... that is right forgot about that wrong medication they gave you. how come it was not noticed i wonder.. oh well hope it did not effect you and hope you get it to going down now... yes that is why i am not on the atkins to much of all that. well hey have a good day... woof lacee... i think tuffy has lost most of his little sight. sad for me.. but i have 2 good eyes for him. so thankful i have him and hes playful and all still some... i am here for him and he stayes close to me... i just motion and all for him... hes so good waking me up at nite to go out... they are good kids.ha ha well hey have a good day..

Kathy, that is good that you maintained. That is just as important as losing. What really makes me angry about the counterfeit Lipitor is the fact they didn't notify me until I was ready to get a refill, and only had a few Lipitor left. According to their letter I could have been taking the counterfeit meds for 2 months. They also said that they weren't sure whether or not they had gotten the counterfeit meds, and just to be on the safe side, they wanted me to return the pills I had and they would give me new ones. I've decided eat like I did when I was Somersizing. My cholesterol dropped while eating that way.

LaDean, that's a good attitude about not worrying about what the numbers say on a scale. What is important is that you feel good. Don't be too concerned about Tuffy's eyesight. Animals aren't like you and I where they depend on their eyesight. Just as long as you don't change anything in your house, he'll do ok. Our older Bostons had cataracts, and it was sooo sad watching them out of their element. Yesterday a friend and I went shopping and I met a Boston Terrier, named Mitzie. She was 3 yrs. old. She was soooo cute! Not as cute as Tuffy & Lacee, though!;)

aleka, thanks so much for the encouraging words .. i know its werid as like times it seems he can see and others he cannot. but he does good getting around and all. glad you shared this with me.. never had this before so is new to us all. but so thankful to still have him with us. hes such a blessing. as i know you know they are. ha well glad you have gone back to the ss plan. if one helps us then that is what we need to turn back to. good luck.. i have done good on prism so doing it alot.. just portions and no sugar and all. we will do it.. Hey Kit like aleka said its important to maintain to after a loss like yours. as its a part of our eating plans and so much better to maintain and move on then do like i gain and move on. lol... so good luck to you also.

yes i see other boston bull terriers also and none are as cute as ours. woof from tuffy... i rode ex bike 3 miles last nite.. so going to ride it again today to..

Hi...

Hope that you both are having a good weekend.

LaDean, when our first ever Boston Terrier developed cataracts, our vet told us that they rely most on their smell, so that they know how to get around, just as long as you don't move any furniture around. Sometimes they do have a hard time navigating stairs. But, then they are small so that you can carry them into the house. When our Boston's lost their sight, we had to take them outside on a leash. It is so sad seeing them that way.
Speaking of SS, I just made her lasagna made with egg crepes. It was really very good. I did not miss the lasagna noodles at all.

Aleka, thanks for sharing with us about the dogs sight. we are just learning this for sure.. so i do not move things around. there is times its like he can see and so may just be partial now...we have him and will see for him... so sad to watch and i know it was very sad for you... he sleeps so sound now and cannot hear at all. just sounds... thanks for caring..
I am so happy your plan is working and you liked the dish you made. that helps.. i have had a good day also. i went to a wedding and came on home after it. never wanted the cake or anything. had dinner and what i wanted to have. so i was proud of me.. i been eating lots of watermellon.. now is that loaded with the wrong kind of sugar. i ate lots of rasins last week and think that was cause of the gain... oh well i am not worry about it now.. just watching my eating and trying.. We will see results if we do our best. that is what is important.. so lets just hang in there and do this together... LOSE.... i am setting small weekly losses... so good luck..

dinner..... roast beef, 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup of carrots, milk, and watermellon
snack later will be watermellon
few pretzels earlier...

My eating did not go very well yesterday. Breakfast and lunch went fine. I met one of my cousins for lunch, but when I got back I was bored and couldn't stop eating! So far today I'm doing fine.

LaDean, you really had willpower not to take some of the wedding cake home with you for later. I would have.:o You should be proud of yourself. I'm proud of you for doing that! When our Bostons got older they slept very soundly too. Glad that Tuffy is getting around ok.

Kathy, how was your weekend? I watched Suzanne on HSN over the weekend and ordered her electric grill. We do have a GF grill, but it's a real pain to clean. Her's you can take the grids out and put them in the dishwasher. It should be a lot easier cleaning up.

yes i am proud of me for not staying for cake. i am trying to get off the sugar and doing ok. yes tuffy is doing ok.. sometimes is like hes partial blind.. so may just be . oh your new grill sounds nice. i like my gf to.. that would be easier as its a pain cleaning the other one i do it right after i unplug it and is not to bad.. we go off our programs but the thing is we get right back to them. thanks for the encouragement today..

I had a good day... 1831 calories. but i am starting at 2000 so never went over. do not keep all days this high.. still on no special plan though.. just watching the calories and portions.. Hope the both of you are doing good... have a good tomorrow.. LaDean Oh almost forgot.. had my 4 mile walk this am.. feel better. got alittle infection in foot and i just decided hey i am going out on it. does not feel any better staying off it. ha ha Oh also good news blood pressure was down from friday to. this made my day.. i am so worried keeping it down.. well enough about me..

Hi ladies!

How is everyones diet going?

LaDean-We all haven't posted our menus in a while. It's nice to see yours. I agree w/ you, the scale can put pressue on you and sometimes it determines my mood for the day depending on if I had a good weigh-in or not. Keep going! So you eat 2000cal aday? Is that a lot of food? Are you loosing weight?

Aleka- I think that was so wrong of your pharmacy not to call you at home and tell you to bring back the tainted pills. Are they sure that you were getting exactly lipitor being that the pills were countfeit? I saw SS grill and thought it was cute and way better than the GF grill. So your going back to her diet? Her diet never really worked for me, but I hope it works for you. What's the staple of you diet going to be? Cream cheese, eggs?

I've lost another pound, I was very bad over the weekend. I made 166# over the weekend and only kept it for that one day, due to my bad eating but i'm back to it now. Hopefully i'll make my mini goal of 165# by July.

Summer has arrived with a bang. This is our 3rd day for over 90 deg. I'll take it over all the rainy damp weather we've been having.

LaDean, how is your foot feeling? That's great walking 4 miles. I started walking again, but I only do 2 miles. That's enough for me! That's good your blood pressure is down. Don't worry about it because worrying will only make it go up. How is Tuffy doing?
Lacee is doing fine.

Kathy, it's good to hear from you. Congratulations on your weight loss :high: even though it was for 1 day;). My pharmacy wote me a letter asking me to return whatever pills I had left for new ones. They really weren't sure whether or not they had the lot# that was the counterfeit pills. I tried SSzing...that lasted 1 day.:) I wanted to have fruit for a mid morning snack, so then I had to figure out what time to have it and then I thought I cannot do this every single day. Plus I'm not very comfortable with eating all the saturated fats that are allowed on the diet. I am going to try something else, but I'm not going to say what it is just in case I happen to fall off this one too. :o I just can't seem to find anything that I'm happy with.

aleka, that is fine just find what works for you and do that. that is mainly what i am doing... i just watch calories and sugar.. so i eat what i want but portions.. i think its good to keep it to ourselfves and all. then if no one knows like you said is better if it does not work.. sometimes i take several plans and put together and figure out something.. good luck to you... tuffy is better. i am getting more adjusted to it .. is hard love him so much.. but got him and that is what counts. glad lacee is good... Hey been hot here to. suppose to be in 90's today.. glad you like the warm weather. me i will take my rain any day.ha i do not mind the cooler days.ha I have weigh in tomorrow morning.. so hopefully i will have a small loss. that is all i am hoping for.... i been trying and that is all we can do... if i stay off sugar that is good for me.ha i had fries and hamburger last nite and also pizza nite before last. but allowed for with more exercise and also never went over calories as i upped them some.. its helping i think...
You will get that plan for you and it will work... sometimes it takes awhile. but is worth it when its there for you...

Kit so glad your ok and thats not bad you will do it before July.. Yes i am not going over 2000 staying under that.. but its my high.. well so far i feel better. not done it enough to matter. usually takes a good 3 weeks for anything to work for me.. but i am not going to give it up.. then when i lose like 10 lbs i will lower it some gradually... i been walking again. yes aleka my foot is better. it just seems to goand come.. so i figured hey with the blood pressure i had to exercise. so today was good. i am going to start heading out about 5 am when i get up this warm weather effects me to much...

LaDean, I saw on dietalk that you are going to do the SB diet. Me too!! That's the plan I didn't want to mention just in case it didn't work out. When are you starting it? I tried starting today, but by lunch, I was feeling kind of nausious so had a carb. I hope I get over that quickly. We'll see how the rest of the week goes. Thank goodness it's only for 2 weeks.

Aleka, really how funny. yes i got to reading up on it and thought hey giving it a try... that is neat you thinking the same thing to.. well that is ok i know how it is not mentioning it.. i feel the same way with telling family and all what i am doing.ha I meant to get with it today but had carbs and forgot.. so in the am i will start it strong for 2 weeks. will be fun doing it with you that way when your working with someone you stick to it... if we go off some we are only human..i have had a pretty good day all in all. to hot to move. but did do 3 miles on ex bike..I had bread with sandwitch for lunch and potatoe salad. not to great.ha ha so i will buckle down now working with you. .. i hope you get to feeling better... take care and thanks so much for being my online friend. tuffy says woofff hes so hot to. ha its suppose to cool off tomorrow i am praying.ha ha yes i read about it more on diettalk and John explained it so good. so figured hey is almost what i am doing.. i am watching starches and sugars because of my psorasis. it acts it up bad...

LaDean, I have had the SB diet book for quite a while now. I'm embarassed to say how long.:o I guess I just had to find the right time for me to try it. I am really not a big fruit eater, but I love my blueberries! I am going to miss cereal & fruit in the mornings, and that will probably be my first breakfast after Phase I. I was doing some searching and found a SB diet board, which had some links. I found this link and if you scroll down there is a lot of SB Phase I & Phase II recipes and also a shopping list. I printed out the shopping list.pub46.************/brecipeexchange11667 This will be fun doing it together. I am going to start this morning for sure. Lacee is doing ok. Says "WOOF" to Tuffy. I am also thankful that you and Kathy are my on line friends. Good luck today!

ALEKA, it went ok with me..
breakfast eggs, milk (forgot)
Lunch;;; salad, weiner, cheese
Dinner.... chili
so all in all a good one. i remembered the milk rest of day.ha and also bread. sounds like yours went fine to..


Monday.... 2 scramble eggs.
I watch fats but cannot go to low on them as my psorais acts up real bad. that is how i got it to low fat diet when it first came out.. but i do watch it.. so weiners were a no no. but today will be more watchful for me..ha LaDean have a good dayll

So both of you are doing the SBD? ALRIGHT! I having this in common (besides the dog. lol) can help both of you stay on track! I'm so happy this is good news!

Aleka- I understand about the SS diet. I just can't do that diet. Too many rules I whind up thinking about food all day long.

LaDean-How the heck are ya? I'm so glad you didn't mess up your diet w/ that delicious cake. lol I on the other hand couldn't resist it this weekend.

Good News- even though I ate like a little pigglet this weekend, I manage to loose another pound.

I'll start posting my menus, to keep me honest, so I won't be having a taste of this and that. I'm sure both of you know what I mean.

oh kit so glad to see you. glad your losing that is so great... glad that your program is doing so good for you... yes this was quite a surprise as neither of us knew the other one was doing it. ha then both of us on same one.. its helping me stick with it and all. at first forgot and had milk. so is taking a bit to get use to it.. have you been on it before??? well my daughter was with me and in a hurry.ha ha oh good i love reading different menus as mine seems so boring.ha well good luck the both of you..we can do it and we will do it.. we are on our way... yehhhhhhh kit so proud of you lossing. we will join you soon and be losssssinngggg also. ha ha LaDean

Kathy, I was wondering where you were. Congratulations on your 1 lb. loss! :cp: That's fantastic! You really are coming along.

LaDean, how are you doing today? I was kind of sick to my stomach for a bit this morning, but it went away after a while. I figured it was some sort carb withdrawal. It's weird, but I don't feel very hungry, but have the urge to eat everything in sight! I am determined to do this.

menu 6/30:
B: 2 eggs, 2 strips turkey bacon, bell peppers, coffee
L: salad w/turkey ham, low-fat cheese, oil & vinegar salad dressing, lemon flavored water.
Snack: 2 fudgicles totaling 70 cal.
D: summer squash/zucchini "noodles", fried fish :p (I don't like fish, but this was something new), decaf iced coffee
Snack: ricotta cheese w/vanilla flavored Davinci syrup

d. chicken enchiladas, refried beans
I am going to have to learn how to fix my eggs by looking at some receipes on diettalk.. I also need to get some turkey bacon..

7/1 menu
b. rasins handfull ( a no no never thougth of sugar) to late now ha
L. cheese, weiner
D. steak, salad, green beans

today is better some.. just forgot the sugar in rasins.. but not enough to really hurt..

I am glad your doing so good with yours. my menus are so boring compared to yours. it sounds so good. i need to go shopping.. sales start tomorrow so that is shopping day. ha but this is 3rd day and i have done pretty good. sorry to hear your sick.. i have not been strict enough i guess. i did that when i first went off the sugar for first time.. so is the same thing with carbs they say.. i sure can tell that they both are same. as i feel better already without them... hope your feeling better now..
I also need to plan my menu more.. and i will get more use to doing it as i go along with the plan...
we can and we will do this together...Your doing great...

Kit, proud of you and your plan that is great your losing...

Oh my my i just looked up rasins..... to mannnnnny carbs for sure good thing just a handfull.. but helping out with bible school at church this week and they served them to kids. ha ha i sure will stay away from them now... lol

Aleka- I'm still here, but i've been cheating a lot lately. Your doing great. I hope the nausea doesn't last very long.

LaDean- I'm glad you have a partner on this diet. I've been around the web and most people love it and see great results.

Menu 7/1
Breakfast- 2 egg whites, 1/2 cereal, 1c milk
Snack- 2 slice cheese, 2 WASA crackers
Lunch- Cheesy enchilada, diet soda, fruit
Snack- Yogurt
Dinner-lasgna, chocolate cake, diet soda.

I also had 1tbsp of icecream which isn't part of the program, I've got to get my BLT's under control.

Hi Kathy and LaDean!

I got on the scales this morning and I'm down 3 lbs.

Kathy, your menu looks great. Last night I did not feel like eating dinner, so I didn't. I have been hungry today though. I'm only on day 4 of phase 1 and I'm more than ready to start phase 2 :lol: I miss my cereal & fruit.

LaDean, you are doing well with this woe. I really like turkey bacon. I just either scramble the eggs or fry them. It does take time to get used to a new diet, but you'll have it down pat in no time!;)

menu 7/1

L: cheeseburger (no bun), salad w/ oil & vinegar dressing, water
Snack: 2 chocolate fudgsicles totaling 70 cal.
D: ricotta cheese mixed w/sugar free Davinci syrup

ALEKA, YEHHHHHH THAT IS GREAT GOOD FOR YOU...
I AM DOWN 2 1/4 LBS.. I AM SO HAPPY.

I am more use to it my 4th day also.. i need to get some bacon and fudge sickles.. yes that is how i am fixing my eggs to.. getting use to them.. Yes both your menus sound so good... i am going to have to work on mine.ha but i love getting ideas.ha

wednesday menu 7/2
b. cheese (in hurry)been working with bible school with kids
L. 1/2 "bread" (NO NO) Salad, tiny piece of steak , green beans, 1c of fat free milk..
Have not got dinner planned yet... Yes i am getting more use to it now.. but i sure miss the fruit... my weakness... and of course my ceral.. we can have fat free milk...
10 more days and p2. here i come.ha ha ha

yes Kit its fun to have someone to work on a plan with.. it makes me stick to it more.. I am so glad you found your plan. and your doing great...

LaDean, congratulations on your weight loss!:cp: :dancer: You really are doing great. If you have a Super Walmart near where you live, I usually get their Blue Bunny, "Health Smart" orange creme, raspberry creme, chocolate fudge, and chocolate vanilla bars. The orange & raspberry come in 1 box, and the fudge & vanilla come in 1 box. They are really good, and only 60 cal. per ice cream bar (they are all on a stick like fudgsicles are). I also get their Blue Bunny fudgsicles, that are 70 cal. for 2.

Kathy, are you still going to JC? Hope everything is going well for you.

Menu 7/2
B: 2 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, broccoli w/low fat cheese, coffee
L: Salad w/ turkey ham, low fat cheese, olive oil & vinegar dressing, lemon flavored water
Snack: chocolate ice cream bar, 60 cal.
D: grilled chicken w/cheese, black beans, iced tea
Snack: ricotta cheese w/caramel s/f Davinci Syrup
