I have to tell you I met a girl who is about 26 who has lost over 100lbs in the last couple years. She is now addicted to exercise but has also obviously changed her eating habits. She gained a little over the holidays but got back on track in Feb. She is down 23lbs?!?! In a month. I feel so inspired since I know she's been there and is able to keep going.
Amylou- that's awesome! That is definitely inspiring. I realized St. Patty's day is a week from tomorrow! NOT 2 weeks. Maybe 4 pounds this week?? We'll see... I'll be happy with 2.
I weighed myself on the scale and I was 220 lbs. My goal was to lose 6 pounds and be 219 lbs. so I felt short by one pound. Even though I didn't meet my challenge I feel good about the 5 pounds.
