Thanks Sandi - yes they all look identical. I was worried that they had placed those little pins on one side differently or something... You'd think the GWF rep could have been more helpful. She understood exactly what I was asking, and still told me that since I had a BB from 24 I needed to deal with them...

I never had an orientation with a coach. My personal trainer set everything up online and I just plugged it in.

Ah, you cannot do it through you apex account - that's how i order anything through 24!! You must get it at the 24 site. Odd since all our tracking is done on apex, but when you click accessories there they dont' show the strap. It only cost 4.50 - so I got 2. It's probably been available all along!!

Just got my replacement sensewear unit but I cannot get it to sync to the watch. Any suggestions? I have tried it in all different locales in my house, tried it outside, nothing works.

you need to hard re-boot the display. I had same problem when I got the replacement sw unit. hope that helps!

I just looked at the GWF site and the replacement armbands are $8.00 plus shipping for the Small Med and Large size band.

Question how do you do the hard re-boot?

For hard reboot of display I think you hold down all 4 buttons for 30 second or for some time not sure. Then the welcome will fash on the display. can check myminifly.com website I think he has instructions there if you don't have your instruction booklet. I hope that works for you.

I am debating getting one of these and I have a quick question. When you got yours and started using it was the read out different from what places like fitday say that you burn. The reason I ask is that I have used fitday for awhile and love it but I am wondering if they are very accurate. I am so curious as to what my body is doing, as far as burning calories.

Glad your bodybugg is working, i just got mine yesterday and I am having problems uploading any info today..also had problems getting it to connect yesterday to get it registered. Tech support is not available on weekends! (bummer) Any advice from anyone on this?

Eviemc, I haven't used Fitday specifically, but I do use The Daily Plate, and I think a lot of these sites get their info from the same pool of research studies that list calorie burn rates for different activities. What I've found with my GWF armband is that my burn rate is a good 30% lower than most of The Daily Plate's estimates, both for specific activities and for the overall "sedentary" daily rate. TDP says that if I just sit around all day, I burn aroun 2,500 calories, so I need to eat 1,500 to lose two pounds a week. But my GWF armband averages 1,900 to 2,000 total calories burned on days when I just sit around. D'oh. That's a pretty big difference.
