My goal is to be AT GOAL by the end of this challenge - Since I am officially in (1/2) Marathon Training I am hoping that I can at least pull off 1lb a week if not more on some weeks... My weight loss has slowed tremendously, but I've got to get to goal somehow!!! Thanks Joni for the motivation!
