  • 8/15 was 15 mins on the elipitcal and 30 minutes of strength training.
  • Did 30 minute walk today.
  • Hi everyone, just checking in. I haven't been getting any exercise since my last post, been busy. Gonna get back on track tomorrow!!!
  • Got my upper body workout in this morning!

    40 mins of walking tonight.
  • Have been light on exercise because of my knee, yesterday did 15 minutes of light walking and some stretches, today got in 30 minutes. Knee seems OK, new shoes are helping.
  • Got 35 minutes of incline walking cardio in today!

  • 15 mins on eliptical, 45 mins strength training and finished up with a 40 min walk around the neighborhood tonight.

    My knee seems OK, (new shoes & rest) did 30 minute walk today, back to strength training tomorrow.
  • It's been a while since I've been able to post good news in here. LOL

    Did 30 min on tread mill last night and the night before. yay!

  • I did a lower body workout yesterday, but nothing yet today. I'm feeling a bit exhausted, most likely from the workouts I have done, so today may be a rest day for me.
