Default SlimFast Weekly Weigh-In Thread

Well this is our first weekly WI accountability thread. Eveyone in the monthly threads is so incredibly supportive and this will be a great way to track what we do each week as well as we'll be able to keep a tally of the weight we've all supported each other in losing!

So here is my Weekly WI for Saturday 03/01/08:

Barb: If you have a look at the first post in this thread it shows W.E.E.D!

W = Water (Daily)
E = Eating (Daily Calorie Target for the week)
E = Exercise (Daily Activity Taget for the week)
D = Daily Affirmation (Look in the mirror every morning and tell yourself this affirmation...you can change it daily or weekly, up to you!)

Hey ladies~ Since I'm going to try to only weigh in once a week (and not every day), I'm changing my weigh in day to Friday's. Sorry for the confusion. Well, no weight lost this week, but hoping for a bigger number next week after TOM. I have had good weight loss the last 3 weeks, so I'm trying to not get discouraged about this week.

Yipee! I lost 2 pounds this week! I have now lost 10% of my starting weight!
I was thinking I would just edit one post each week and add my weight, but realized that if we all do that, our thread will get lost under all the other threads and we'll never be able to find it again. So, it looks like we should copy and repost each week.

2/29 - 190
3/07 - 190
3/14 - 188
3/21 -
3/28 -

My total thread loss starting 2/29/08: 2 lbs.


Goals for March:
1. Exercise 1000 minutes (I'm ahead in this goal!)
2. Lose 5 pounds (a little behind schedule, but getting closer)

I'm posting a whopping one pound loss for the week. It's nothing amazing but it IS one pound in the right direction, so I'll take it.

Good Morning! Weighed in this morning and I have lost the 3 pounds that I had gained-- which just puts me over where my ticker was by one pound! I went ahead and edited my original post. Glad to see the scales going down again!
