Yipee! I lost 2 pounds this week!
I have now lost 10% of my starting weight!
I was thinking I would just edit one post each week and add my weight, but realized that if we all do that, our thread will get lost under all the other threads and we'll never be able to find it again. So, it looks like we should copy and repost each week.

1. Exercise 1000 minutes (I'm ahead in this goal!)
